That site needs updating. The Stinger isn't even listed under Kia models.

Quite the contrary , uncle Merlin! When I search by my VIN, it shows details TSBs and things I don't see on many other sites.

Well, their search by make, model, year is behind; no Stinger listed. That is what I was referring to.

I was able to fix mine fairly easy, took the too little rubber stoppers out of the hatch lid, shoved some duct tape up in there so they stuck out more. Now when I pop the hatch it has a much more affirmative "pop" sound like it was properly sealed. I also have zero hatch rattle noise

Had both fixes done was quite for few months now back again. Just on very hard bumps trunk clicks again. Have to bring it in again. I am also deciding if I want head unit switched out it fades to back when call comes in but it looks like they have to rip the whole dash apart.i have a great kia dealer it just stinks bringing car in and out of shop.

Are there any other tsb for hatch other then the two that are out there. Already did spot welds and washers.also have moved adjusters in and out all different lengths still makes noise.

My damn sunroof, has started rattling now as well.

That’s is one of main reasons along with water leaking in. Why I did not want a sunroof

It was much cooler here today and the sun roof noise virtually disappeared , its much worse when its warm and sunny !! Make a recording of it and get in touch with KIA USA Consumer Support , there is definitely an issue with the sun roofs and we need to get this raised to Corporate , the dealers have NO CLUE !!

I think we should make a dedicated post to rally the team on getting the sunroof issue raised to the same level as the hatch rattle . This will get the attention of the Corporate guys ................I spent half an hour on the phone friday with Kia Canada and got a file opened to help deal with it ..........

I have a number , but there is no info in it yet other than my complaint , they will populate the file next week when they get working on it , Happy to share it with you , but suggest you bypass the dealer and call Kia USA direct , I was VERY impressed with how helpful my contact person was and how willing he was to get me sorted out !!

I have a number , but there is no info in it yet other than my complaint , they will populate the file next week when they get working on it , Happy to share it with you , but suggest you bypass the dealer and call Kia USA direct , I was VERY impressed with how helpful my contact person was and how willing he was to get me sorted out !!

Good deal, yep dealership here is terrible and seems bothered even when I show up for scheduled oil changes. What's amazing is that my salesman, said several times that anytime you pull in ...expect treatment as if your are royalty...blah

Bwhaaaaaaa, I almost spat my coffee out, a salesman said what.....hahahaha, only if you believe pigs fly backwards & fairies live at the bottom of your garden, they’ve got your money he don’t give a rats how your treated. You now have to go & get chummy with the Service Mgr & Staff.
I’ve been going to my Servce Dept. for almost 10 years & I get good treatment, loyalty counts with them.
Remember the Salesman is like a one night stand, all over you for the night & sneaks out in the morning once’s hes done & the Servce Dept. is like a long term relationship/marriage, the longer your together the easier it becomes.
