There's a number of tip recommendations, but for me, I went with oval slanted tips (in carbon fiber), 51mm inlet, 105mm outlet. It fit perfecty. You can get rounded tips, but you may have to some dremeling to the space for them to fit.

Bottom line, any set of aftermarket tips that attach to the pipes directly should help. I installed the tips when I installed my Borla, so I don't know how it sounds with the stock tips, which don't attach directly to the exhaust. If after install you still don't like the sound, it's likely the resonation at low rpm (it's not drone) coming from the trunk. You can reduce the noise by putting sound deadening in the trunk. I have a set that I plan to put in at some point, but been lazy, and I'm mostly fine with the sound.
