Burger Tuning JB4 for Kia Stinger!

I’m going to be buying this for my stinger. I’m just going to be using the chip in map 1 and map 2 for just a bit more boost. If I just buy the basic unit how do I change the maps?

I wasn’t hopping it could be selected on the unit itself oh well. I’ll probably end up getting the Bluetooth adaper then as well. If I buy the basic unit does it come with everything to connect to a laptop?

Believe it's 35 for the data cable.

I am happy I spent the bit more for the Bluetooth. Being able to change maps, adjust measures, and log and view performance is really great.

For the DENSO plugs, what's the proper gap to make them? And I assume they don't come gapped correctly, right?

They don't. I gapped them at 0.022

If fuel control is working and plugs are gapped properly, not sure what might be going on. No JB4 log was attached to your post.

I sent a log to you via email. Not sure how I would attach it here as it doesnt seem to be an option.

Heading back to the track today. Temps going to be significantly cooler and running map 3 now. If I get a couple good runs on 3 I was considering running a couple on map 5. Currently running 30% E85 rest 91. It appears this recipe is also good for map 5. Do I have to change fuel bias too?

I run mine with 4.5 e85 and rest 93, map 5 with no issues on denso plugs at .025 gap and k&n filters. I also started playing with map 6 at 8psi.

Make sure to post your run times and trap speeds!

I didn't but i will leave that to Terry to respond to. I had just switched to map 6 yesterday and made 3 pulls. Log files are on the N54 page.

Just ran map 3 having a great race top of 4th powers out then comes back. Best time yet but... what would it have run? I was neck and neck with a caddy cts. he ran 12.24. Of course it didnt log.
