I'm getting the same email address error.

At what stage are you getting the email address error?

As soon as I click the place order button.

That's really odd. It took about 10-12 secs after clicking place order and then just went through. Have you tried logging in and out or possibly using a different browser? I've had website errors that were seemingly fixed with a different browser.

Tried Chrome and even IE, all had the same error.

I just tried on a different device and still got the same error. I check my dashboard to make sure my info was ok

Im also only seeing a purchase option. This must of only been added to the canada update as of today.

Just called MNSoft customer service - it's a known issue affecting some users (server error) they say

They expect a resolution within the net few days.

That email error has to be a blessing in disguise, did the download and install on the SD card 2x and I'm getting corrupted update files from the car

Looks like they might have the Canadian download fixed.

I tried it yesterday and today, and kept getting the email formatting error, with both Chrome and Edge browsers. I sent them an email about it (no reply to that as yet), but the order and download is working now.

Installing to my SD card as we speak - will report back if I have the same corruption message. I've done these software updates 3 times now so I know how the system should respond.

Same here (Try 2 time) same problem. It not the first time for me too, 2 time on Stinger and 2 time on Sportage but on previous version.

I was able to download and install, but I also got the corrupt file

I downloaded it to my SD card yesterday but haven't had a chance to put it in my car. I guess I can expect a corrupt file too.
