Navigation Update V14 due out April 20, 2020

I just called. It's a slow rollout for different models. So our update should be available by the end of the month.

once they update the site, which is supposedly today, you should be able to download 14 for free onto your own SD card.

was supposed to be updated yesterday - for download today.

Just called them - They are experiencing delays and "hope" the download option will be available Monday May 18th (Statutory holiday in Canada except NB, NS, NL).

So - perhaps sometime next week.

To quote Colonel Potter: "HORSE HOCKEY!" They are already shipping the SD card version as confirmed in this thread. The updates are ready but the website is not. How hard can it be to drop a new bin file on an FTP? Harrumpf!

I bought the new update for my 2019 stinger.
GPS is horrible, I put in known addresses and they popup, but it will not let me select it.
Last week I voice commanded WORK and it calculated the route the whole trip, never giving me any directions.

Should have stuck with what I had

Don't skip over 14.5....

There will be a 14.5 version. It will probably be late too.

I tried again today and still no online update. I guess I'll wait because I know the day I buy the update is the day they'll offer the download.

That doesn't look promising. Maybe next month if we're lucky and v14.5 will probably get pushed back too.

look like download update is availaible now.
But when trying to finish the process at checkout got error saying : We cant save the adress, email as a wrong format.

Hmm. I don't see the download option for the US versions.. They did add some Windows PC requirements, etc, but I don't see an actual download option..

The download option worked for me! I was able to add it to my cart and purchase it for $0.00 and received the order invoice with the code generator. Currently have it downloading on the map software program to my SD card. Good luck to everyone else.

Where did you get the downloader? I was able to check out and even got an email invoice but nothing shows up software wise to download.
