According to the shitty response I got from my Kia case handler, apparently EVERYTHING can be approved or denied by the DPSM that covers your dealer where you are getting the work done.
Kinda funny that some district rep can override Kia........... So hope yours is having a good day if you ask!!!!
On a side note, I have gotten more answers and more done in the past week, dealing with the Service Director and his boss at the local dealer, than I EVER got done dealing with a case manager. Just an FYI....
And for day to day business, my local dealer will get all of it. They have bent over backwards for 2 weeks straight to get this done. Hopefully I'll have my car back this week.
