As for the sometimes it being fast and sometimes being sluggish, is that when you are launching, or are you rolling into hard acceleration? cuz if its from launch, you really have to know the max RPM to let off the brake on to truly go fast. You and I both have the Tork Stage 1 TCU, so if you are AWD, (depending on your tires) let off the brake right after you hit 2600rpm, by the time your foot releases you will be at about 2700, which should put you between 6-8lbs of boost. any higher and you will just be doing a 4 wheel burnout, any lower and you will feel like you are using the stock TCU. if RWD, Tork recommends 2300-2400 but it entirely depends on your tire setup and if you are on a drag strip or not.
