Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

Not the fastest Stinger out there but I'm happy considering no meth or piggyback. Just the Lozic ECU+TCU on a E16 fuel mixture (93+E85) with a good launch.
Fantastic run! Is E16 your “happy place”
Seems very specific. How did you launch.

At my altitude I don’t think I’ll ever be that fast. So definitely jealous.

How did you manage that time i have a 1.5 bar tune with tork stage 1 tune! And when i build boost on 3k rpm i get like a 3.8 0-60 but spin like crazy aswell whats your technique?

Exactly this!

It's 3 gallons of E85 to 13 gallons of ethanol free 93. It may not be exactly E16 but close to it.

Supporting mods are in my signature. I would say my best upgrade is the high flow primary cats. Also weather played a role. Perfect day with humidity and dewpoint very low. Not a cloud in the sky.

Launching: spinning = bad Imo
I always launch between 2k-2.3k
Let some boost build around 6-7psi (I have boost ready on) easing into the pedal
Then simultaneously let off the brake and mash the gas
Letting off the brake a millisecond before "launch ready" pops up is my trick.
Usually if I don't let off the brake before "launch ready" pops up it will result in all 4 wheel spin.
Best 60ft - 1.71s I think there is still room for improvement.
Other's have different techniques but this is mine.

Do you have a reason for that E-mix? My best 60ft is 1.77 but that’s like 2,700rpm and no bolt on besides intake.

Interesting, I never ease into the pedal, just basically mash both till I build up desired rpm and then letting off brake immediately. Never really had success with easing into pedal. Maybe boost on feature is beneficial for that method.

My Stinger doesn't like more E than that. Particularly when the temp drops. I try to keep it around E15

The primary downpipes has helped with my 60ft. Before installed my best 60ft was 1.77s

3 gallons is always what I have put. Too- I think I am maxed with my current setup. Thanks for sharing

When lozic told me that building boost on launch was only possible if I selected boost ready on I was convinced I needed this option.

That is correct if you don’t have the TCU.

But with ECU (boost ready) you can build boost with light throttle..TCU it’s like above 70% or something.

the tork stage one is and thing under 50% throttle is 2k rpm anything over is 3k rpm if you got full throttle on launch it just shreds the tires and 2k rpm is fast but not 3.5 seconds fast

I didn't know this about the tcu, nice info Pearly!

Makes sense why easing into throttle wasnt that effective for me compared to having it all the way to the floor prior to launching.

next run I’ll try the 70% and then when release brake I’ll floor it and see if it is any better!

It’s funny how I’m able to do 1.75 60ft while my 0-60 is around 3.9-4.1s depends on the temperature and DA. Our small lil turbo really hates thin air I guess. My DA is usually 3700+ when the temperature is 70+.

are you AWD or RWD? with the Tork TCU, unless you are on the sticky of a drag strip, you should be releasing lower than that. like 2300rpm for rwd and 2600 to 2700 with AWD. any higher any you will be launching with way too much boost for any tire to handle.

Alright peeps.. I’m getting a lot better at reading logs. After 4 tunes I think I finally have it somewhat dialed in. Anyone please chime in with opinions on what looks good and what looks not so good. (Just look at map6) it’s a shorter log but here it is. Also lozic said he purposely tricks the speed. I did not ask why.
I can tell you why. I just asked. He does it so the car will go all the way to redline in 8th gear if you want it to. The car is no longer limited electronically. He said his goal was 300kph. 300kph is 186mph.

I don’t plan on going 180mph! I think I would rather the mph match up. Oh well NBD.
