OK....where do you access those sounds from in the menu?

Your screen does not show the software version like this one?


And I am just guessing, but "CK19" refers to 2019-20 models. Did you just download the 2019/20 version and put it on your 2018 and it worked?

All Menus...Scroll over to the right...Sounds of Nature

Hit the Media Button below the Radio..

I do that all the time. Do you have a 2018 or 2019? See my edited comment above. Did you confirm you have 2018, or maybe that was someone else in this thread? I can't keep track!!

What year car and what software version do you have?

I corrected....It must have been a fluke when trying to get my Phone back on

Most importantly, do you mean the audio controls are better, or that the sound itself is affected? I am not sure the latter is physically possible, though previous bad settings might have been reset to default in the update process. The UI cannot affect the actual audio hardware and we already had neutral settings from Day 1. If you use processing (I wouldn't), it could affect that.

The audio system does sound better, as in richer. I'm not entirely sure, but the bass can now be set to an appropriate level. Prior, V087 software I had to lower the bass all the way and it was still booming, the audio settings constantly shifted to the rear, and the mids were always muddled.

It's very crisp now. There is a very, very clear difference in the processing of the audio.
