Put some new shoes on the stinger today!

That looks really good! Nice choice in wheels. I love the stock GT wheels but what you used here does look excellent. What are they?

Thanks to everyone who has shared advice on this forum on how to go about changing their Stinger badges. As these tips have not been collated anywhere and the YouTube badge changing videos are sketchy I documented the process yesterday when installing the E badge and large Stinger script badge on my GT.

I'm not that handy and was nervous about doing it myself so for anyone else like me I hope this helps.

Hi all. Just got directed to this post as fellow aussie Stinger owners. Picked up my 3.3GT today. Absolutely love it!! Will be doing some development work on it very shortly. Looking at exhaust, cooler upgrade and cai. Will keep you all posted. Will get her on rollers shortly and record baseline power/torque and afrs

Hi AV8R, Welcome too Stinger Forum, i have pre-ordered the Aussie Kia Stinger bi - modal exhaust, but i called my local Kia dealership today, and they say maybe late December early January, the car salesman who i dealt with will call me tomorrow, and i will remind him that i want too hear this exhaust as soon as it starts being fitted to other Stingers, Yes, it is $2659, but at least i know it has been designed only for the Stinger and backed by Kia and my dealership, im not too happy like most with the stock exhaust, i hope the bi-modal will sing a louder throatier tune, that will stir your passion for the car.

Thanks for reply. If you can send or post an audio file of the exhaust sound that would be good as I don’t think it’s going to sound throaty like a V8. I think it will sound like the Jun Korean version which sounds like a WRX. I have heard you can do better from a specialist exhaust centre but I’m not sure if it will affect the tuning.

but when does a v6 ever sound like a v8? i'd love it if this could happen but i'm not holding my breath. i'm sure these aftermarket exhausts will help the car sound more aggressive like it should. but it's not going to sound like a mustang gt.
