We are expecting our 3rd child and with the Aussie sedans now gone I thought I'd consider a stinger. Is it a completely unrealistic expectation to fit 3 child restraints across the back row?

Is anyone able to measure the width from armrest to armrest across the back seats?

Guys, need help for take off Kia star wheel cap, how to do that, it’s so tight, can’t pull out just by hand, and tool need to be used?

There's a slot in one of the arms, for a flat blade screwdriver to slot in.... see pic attached

Waited for a call regarding a test drive of the GT. Heard nothing car is due in under 2 weeks. Demanded one, due to tomorrow then got a call " The dealership boss has taken in to the airport for a spin, going to be there overnight" Fridays drive Cancelled. Good one. It comical.

Yesterday stinger totally dead. Had to use the key to get into the car then climb through the back seat and open the boot manually. The battery was totally shot. It lasted 7 weeks , lucky the battery is the same as the bmw so battery world had them in stock $330 just as well it was covered by kia. I think everyone should do the manual entry so you are up to speed if it happens to you it's good training . Use the key to unclip the cover on the driver door handle which is located underside of the cover. Take the cover off above the boot lock to open manually.

What is it with the Korean manufacturers and batteries dying? The battery on my brand new 2015 Hyundai Genesis Sedan died a few weeks into ownership as well. Sure, they came out and replaced the battery in an hour but why did it happen in the first place?

You can jump/charge the battery from under the hood, no need to climb through the car.

but dont you need to release the hood from the inside ??

With the battery totally RS the only way to get to it in the trunk (boot)is through the back seat to unlock it.

Yes you have to be in the car, but not climbing through to the back and opening the trunk

Unless the battery is 100% shorted out, applying any power to the terminals under the front hood would give you enough juice to open the trunk like normal.
