I'm awaiting delivery of my 2022 Stinger GT Elite/GT2. Definitely a newbie to stinger mods

So Why do most people do the sways? Also what is an example of exhaust tips that extend through the rear outlets ?

Aftermarket sway bars help keep the car more planted through turns, some are better than others.

Most aftermarket tips that are best suited for the '22 are from China. I have two sets, only one set has been installed though.

Yes, thicker sway bars reduce the roll you feel in the car when you turn at speed. Helps to keep the tires on the ground and to get through turns quicker.

Sway bars are definitely a must then, my first impressions from driving the car was that you can throw it into a corner pretty good.

Is there any after market tips that's aren't carbon fibre? Maybe just black

it isn't that you corner faster because of the improvement to the car's handling, it's that without the step-out and 'float' over bumps felt in the rear, and better steering feedback at all speeds, you the driver start to feel ballsy and will push harder than when the car was stock and had those handling quirks. that's my experience, anyway.

I'm not sure. Looking on those Chinese sites for similar tips will be your best bet. I'm personally not a huge fan of carbon fiber, but they don't look bad at all, and they do have some with a matte finish so they are a bit less obvious.

Sway bars make a huge difference. I'm pretty sure it was my first modification along with the end links and Subframe Collars.
