Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

0-60 wasn't even at full potential. Literally just a daily driven full interior'd car with a full tank of gas, dropped my daughter off to school. It will do 3.1 or lower when prepped to try and run faster. (my track wheels/tires, weight reduction, remove spare tires/golf clubs etc)

Before this week, I ran JB4 with CPI and full bolt ons. Nothing crazy. Just full bolt ons with JB4 and CPI. For what it was, the car was freaking insane and was plenty fast and safe. "same boost" means nothing. I run lower boost now with the LAP3 ECU and the car is more powerful and faster than it has ever been.

Boost is not everything to make more power and run faster times. There are so many other factors in a "tune" that take place when it comes to "tuning". Love BMS, love thir products, but JB4 only adjusts so much when it comes to tuning.

I still use JB4 because it essential and a must for me to run LAP3 ECU without water/methnaol. Again, I run BMS charge pipe injection without methanol on an ECU tune which no one has tried. So JB4 still plays a role on my setup and I wouldn't be able to run it with out it. Unless, i ran water/methanol set up.

Seems like a great product and fantastic times.

Some Q:
- How high goes boost with stage 2.5?
- What rpm shiftspoints do you have?

Boost is only 18-19 psi. Shiftpoints are stock shift points but I paddle shift earlier.

Its getting quicker.

I'm trying to fill out the sheet for ECU and TCU for my G80 sport.....
- Power by mode - "No" means what? lol
I don't use Eco at all, only Normal and Sport. (Normal = Comfort in Stinger/G70, I assume)

No means you have the same boost levels for all modes

Hit the track today, was very busy and only got 3 runs in. Mods: Lozic ECU (1.4bar) and TCU (pressure 2, -5%), JB4 with WMI, BMS Intakes and 1 step colder plugs

Run 1: JB4 on map 0 with WMI off. 11.955 at 112. Car shifting itself. Had a 1.631 60' (best 60' of the day for me). Raced a 2015 Hellcat, was manual and his first time at the track

Run 2: JB4 on map 6 with WMI. 12.105 at 113. Had a 1.821 60' (missed the first yellow an lunched with only 5psi). Raced a 2020 GT500

Run 3 (best of the day) JB4 on map 6 with WMI and some more fine tuning. 11.786 at 115. Had a 1.635 60' and used paddle shifters at 5500rpm. Raced a 2001 Mustang Cobra

Overall was supper happy with the outcome. Can't be disappointed with a 1.6** 60'

Amazing. Only lost to gt500, expected.

Wish you got more races in! First one I recall on the track using lozic tunes. Interested in more!

hey guys just ordered a Lozic Ecu tune. i currently have a jb4 with EWG wires, how would i go about getting it setup to work together

You can use map 0 if you just want to log or use map 6 and use custome settings. If you don't want to change boost but change duty bias and/or fuel bias, just set boost to 0 for all RPMs

I'm very happy with the results from my Lozic ECU on this cool autumn night here in Indiana. Turbo weather has returned. I wonder how much faster my times will be once I install the TCU??? The ECU has been installed for over one week now and every day it seems to adapt more. Fuel used was 13 gal of 93 plus 3 gal of E85. Roughly a E24 mixture. The Lozic ECU seems to like the fuel mixture I'm using.Screenshot_20211018-005851_dragy.jpg

Hi~
I just logged in
I get a lot of questions these days, so it's good.
There are many things I didn't tell you.
So it's good to ask a question.

I'd like to show you the Lozic mjerk subcon in preparation for a quick release.

It is a sub-controller developed by Lozic.
We call this a sub-controller.
It is a sub-controller equipped with functions beyond piggyback chip tuning.
In addition to piggybacking, direct control is possible.
The current video is Lozic mJerk software in the process of calibrating the subcon's eWGT applied to the Nexen GT200 race car.
Directly control the electronic Westgate to automatically control the Westgate according to the target boost.
The motor is directly controlled by the subcon and the position sensor value is sent from the subcon to the ECU so that it is recognized as normal operation to obtain the desired boost in any situation.
Although the PCB design for the next version has been completed, the release is being delayed due to difficulties in procuring electronic components.
I wanted to reveal a little more in a situation where I couldn't even make it and sell it.

Nice... another Q,

- do you touch cam angles?
- also injector angle? Seems to be a lot hp to earn especially with injector angle.
- is there any benefit with ignition adjustments? Like more boost, less ignition or the opposite?

Fastest stock ecu/no piggyback stinger?? I’ll get a 4.2* one of these days

Very happy with the Lozic tcu pressure 2, it has adapted to drive smoother and I don’t have any abrupt downshifts or issues with normal driving up shifts as when I first installed it couple months ago.6A6FE710-881F-4998-8B58-F82D1CF9D2D5.webp

That’s a good time. That’s around what my car does with JB4, WMI, map 7. RWD though. If I ever figure out how to launch that would help. I need some practice time.

Uff.

You make me excited for my lozic tcu coming very soon.

I’ve been practicing launches too and I have Awd so I can imagine trying to get a Rwd to hook up with the added power that you have with map 7.

I would be too, it’s a lot of fun. Just know it will adapt and get better the more the car learns.

Haha I chose the most aggressive setting too. Thanks for the heads up on adaptation

I see you are running the Denso 5347 2step spark plugs. Any issues with fouling or misfires? I'm think of running those in the summer
