Burger Tuning JB4 for Kia Stinger!

Just wanted to say that the latest firmware update is excellent! Downloaded/installed it last night before an hour drive on the highway i'm really liking the new "throttle response" in Comfort and ESPECIALLY in Sport. Great job guys!

which mode are you using?

I’m running Map2. I wish I would have noticed which firmware I was on... but the newest version has made me much happier.

100%, I wasn’t sold on the firmware that was loaded on it, there was a difference, but not worth my $600+ dollars.

Swapped to the new firmware and it makes 600.00 well worth my purchase. So much more power at around 70% throttle, and smoother on normal driving in comfort mode. Compliments the car great.

BMS just needs to be clearer with... “buying the wireless kit and fuel wires are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”. Without at least the data cable you’re missing out on so much.

I agree i feel like you need to buy everything lol....especially the fuel wires and obd port....you need that data....good to hear i have not had a chance to test the latest firmware...i will today after i install the BOV

If your JB4 was originally on v1 firmware all of your maps would have been 1psi less. That may be where the big difference you noticed came in.

I didn't notice much difference between versions 4, 5, or 6.

Glad to hear! As I always say we regularly release JB4 firmware updates with the JB4 as we add new features, maps, and the platform advances. Just one more thing to keep our customers in front of the "competition".

you need to work on the speed limiter pleaseeeeeeee........higher would be beneficial i awd tops out at like 130 and its annoying when roll racing....

I set it to the numbers BMS has on the forum.

The setup in the guide (with the tank in the spare tire well) runs around $500. A bigger tank and the billet cap will run you around $700.

Isn't the limiter only on the GT 18" tire model from the factory? The 19" GT AWD model isn't limited is what I've read here.

That is correct - the restriction isn't on the AWD with OEM 19s.

Well I believe the 19" wheel cars do have a limiter, its just set to 167, not 130 like the 18"s
