Anyone using tork or pressertech tunes?

You are so right. Tork tune for $800 and $450 for any mods of your choice. I obviously was being sarcastic.
Actually there tune is 895 plus shipping about $930..... but hey on a different note what your best quarter mile time ?? And can you give me some advice on the ultimate performance intercooler ?? Do you recommend ....

I did a Ultimate FMIC review here
3.3TT - Ultimate Performance FMIC install and impressions

I like it, easy bolt up, looks stock. Improved my 0-60 times even before i had my tune bumped from 18 to 20 PSI and a bit more timing advance to take advantage of the fmic.

Near stock with tune 12.44 1/4 mile. Didn't get a clean run with the fmic and intake yet but looking like it should hit high 12.1s based on the 330 and 1/8. Dragy 0-60 4.24.
My last drag day i was running a beta tune that improved shift times and we hit some ecu intervention. Getting that fixed today.
Can't say enough about Torks passion and dedication to the Stinger. I paid $895 for my tune with 7 hours of dyno time and custom tuning. (I was the first car not using an intake and second AWD tuned). Talk about value. That is insanely good deal. I felt i should tip!

Do you have any other mods ?? I hit 12.4 a couple weeks at the strip and I have ssr downpipes and axleback , DIY intakes and and jb4 on map 2. You might be the first guy to break into the 11,s with awd .... I am curious my next mod is intercooler but not sure if I should wait for the power agency one look really good...... so you would say the intercooler is defenetely worth it ?

Yeah my 12.44 was just a custom catback with mufflers, k&n panel filters and the tune. The tune has good 60 foots. On my 12.44 run i had 1.91 and later ran 1.90, with the intake and fmic. (Low end isnt where the intake and fmic shine i know but also ran more boost)

I think the fmic is worth it especially if you can tune for it.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
But did you get the free continental breakfast??
I'll suggest they add that. Maybe a voucher for some free tacos. Good place just down the road. John isn't a morning person.

Tork knows the price LOL...He is just trolling and maybe a bit jealous of Todd.....There the same guys that change there prices every other day.....And by changing i mean increase lol.... I like what im reading about presertech....maybe presertech tune with JB4.......kind off like peanut butter and jelly??

No matter how you tune the car, the JB4 is a great tool to have in the tool box. It's the ultimate starter tune because it works great with the stock flash mapping to start and if you decide to take the car further with more aggressive flash mapping down the road, is still quite useful. Data logging to smart phone, adjusting boost by gear on the fly, WMI control, E85 autotuning adjustment (so you can vary the mix), fine tuning boost and fuel on the fly, etc. And unlike the flash maps it has resale value down the road when you sell the car. :)

Oh, John, you've known full well what their price is all along. You also know yours is cheaper.

This isnt john. John does not get on forms but on a rare occasion and when I asked him he didnt know the answer either. Hence why we asked.

Changed our prices every other day? You mean the one time we raised our prices on our catch cans? LOL you really cant drop that can you? It really bothers you but its time to move on. We damn near have better pricing on our website then most vendors. And yes please go ahead and do a tune on top of a piggy back lol. And we have not one reason to be jealous. im assuming they are in the 11s as well?

Sure they can....or i can make my own intakes rather than paying tork which is basically a little pipe and cheap filter and charging 200 plus shipping i can do that for under 50 bucks for one.....you can also buy cheaper plugs that are not hks for half the price.....i get it man you are local to tork and have their tune ........tork the type to sell bottled water, (use tap water) and after it starts selling increase the price and claim the water price increased because its high quality purified water....i call it how i see it.....Presertech provides unlimited flashes in case your tune gets reset..tork does not, maybe the first time but they will charge you after that, they will charge you if they claim to make changes to the tune lol (key word claim) presertech wont ......sure tork might say otherwise now that there is competition lol....but i am not going to keep going lets keep this thread about the tunes...

You are very misinformed lol. We also give unlimited flashes if a tune is flashed over. Where on Gods green earth do you get any of your knowledge? Yes you can make cheaper intakes yourself, anyone who doesnt run a shop can. But when you have a shop to pay for along with materials, powdercoat, rent, payroll and many other business expenses everything comes into play. Please tell me about your knowledge on us reflashing customers tunes for them? I need to hear this lol

Angel I dont think anyone on this forum has come across someone who has complained so much about the price of a f*cking oil catch can.
If you can afford it, buy it. If u cant, stop whining and complaining like a little toddler. Until you spend your very own money on a stinger, rent and test on dyno, push limits of the engine and warranty, rent garage space etc etc you have no clue, you're just asking a company to sell it for a price you can afford, and if they say no because they need to cover expenses, you harass and talk crap about a company. The whole world does not revolve around you. You are a grown man... Act like one. You're not a baby anymore angel
Ps And learn how to spell please

Thank you for saying what I couldnt.

Great information and thanks for sharing.

Interesting that both tunes HP gains are so similar. Are these both stage 0 or stage 1 ECU tunes?

Nice gains but I hoped & expected they would’ve outperformed the top piggybacks. Torks website says stage 0 on a stock car should gain 70whp. However, it seems like both these tunes produce the same gains as the map 1 setting from a JB4, and half what lap3 dyno’d on a stock Stinger.

I don’t understand why the typical power advantages of ECU tunes don’t seem to be the same for our Stingers. Looks like tunes will require multiple bolt-ons to use higher stages for more than 53hp. Maybe in time someone will unlock more power from the ECU flash and match or surpass the top piggybacks results.

I don’t want to rule out either ECU tune just yet, so someone please provide other advantages these tunes have over piggybacks?

Don't just look at dyno charts, look at 1/4 mile times. ECU tunes are faster mod for mod. Lap3 pro also getting some good times.

Please forgive me, it had been posted several times.

Sir you are the men Terry .....Once i get a ecu tune i will keep the JB4 just for data logging...it is an incredible product and you cant beat the price.....

JB4 does good....i have not seen the lap 3 pro result...presertech very few people have and mister mac is the only one taing one for the tea and posting results hopefully there will 4 times for it soon, but the reviews so far are great..Tork has 1/4 times .......still such a new plataform waiting for more reviews to make an inform decision on ecu tune....

We have never stated that we dont provide that. All of our tuned customers know that we provide this to them. We have provided this for as long as we have been tuning in every market we have been in. Can you please provide where we stated we would never do this?
