First of all, these look mean. The dish in the rear is just more pronounced than the front to give it a real M4-like stance. And the width of the rear wheels with the offset looks beautifully squat. The fronts look great off-angle, too, despite little dish. The flush is absolutely perfect to my eyes. I think some might like a tiny bit more poke to callt his 100% flush but I don't want to push it. These won't rub no matter what you do (I bottomed out the suspension to be sure lol). The finish is awesome! They have a tiny bit of a texture, so not quite gloss, but after ceramic coating them that texture turns full flake. Multi-colored, sparkly flake, just like the Vik Black paint on the body (though perhaps a higher concentration of flakes). I went back to my detailer to show him and he said wheels rarely match this well when it's intentional. It looks custom matched.
In terms of feel, these are exactly the PSS I remember from my GTI. A bit numb in the hands on-center, but track straight, weigh up in turns and are super responsive in each accel/brake/turn axis. I was a little concerned going from neutral to slightly positive scrub radius on front and rear but it feels excellent loaded up in a turn. I can't get over 7/10ths on rural roads without being obnoxiously stupid, but the scrub feels really neutral front to rear. Just highlights how shit the A/S tires are, more than anything. No tramlining I can discern on the asphalt. TBD on concrete.
