What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Not really what I did to my Stinger today, BUT The Elantra N I ordered 7 months ago for my girlfriend finally came in. She loves it.

We ordered winter tires for it last Friday and they came the next morning, if that counts. Wheels will be purchased in the spring, as well as replacing the engine mounts to eliminate wheel hop. we May JB4 it just to get it over the 300whp mark, but as of right now it has more than double the power and 3/4ths the weight of her Honda CRV, so it should keep her at bay till she suckers me into finding a helmet for her to do track stuff with me.... after that, I have a feeling she wont ever want to stop.

Niice!!

Definitely post pics
As for the Pictures, When we ordered it, I specifically asked the Sales manager we worked with to not let ANYONE besides himself touch the car until we inspected it, as well as to leave all the protective wrap on it so that we could remove it ourselves like its a giant gift. He agreed 100% and thats exactly what happened. He even sent me a video that he has a coworker take of him taking it off the truck, parking it in the delivery bay, writing the signs seen in the photos and then locking it up. nobody else touched the car till we got there Yesterday night.

Those rims are fire.

Love the side tail end and interior
The Whole car honestly looks awesome, even though its covered in dirt. Its being paint corrected and having a ceramic coat put on it over the weekend.

its called performance blue, which is the signature color of the N cars. the Red trim is signature as well across all the cars, EXCEPT on the red painted cars which have a silver trim in the bottom. Unfortunately, the USA does not get the red cars as an option.

Don't get pulled over that stock exhaust ;)
I've gotten pulled over in my own driveway, the stock exhaust wouldn't even be in their list of top 10 BS reasons to pull me over haha.

Lil more CF nothing massive. Did some surgery on my roof rack. Shortened up the bars to eliminate the wings. Definitely much happier with the look.
And of course my added hp sticker

Side note
Yes @AusStinger ...i know, meds

Actually really like the rear spoiler / wing !

As for shortening the bar..... most men are looking to do the opposite. :D

True story!

Thanks on the decklid, that was my 2nd mod on the car 2 yrs ago

So my rear brakes were worn out and i decided that i would replace the pads. I was in a bit of a hurry. Finished the left rear without issue (except not being able to get the new pins that came with the Powerstop pads to go in all the way... Reused the original pins). Was using the car's jack. Jacked up right rear but it (the jack) must not have been sitting level. Admittedly, I cut corners here...didn't chock a wheel and didn't have the parking break engaged. Was attempting to remove pads when the car rolled back a couple inches, toppling the jack. Stinger came to rest on its right rear rotor. Had to lift if off the pavement with a floor jack. Fortunately no damage (had to reshape the bent brake dust cover). But the moral of the story here is never fully trust the stability of the tire jack, make sure to chock a wheel, and when possible make sure the parking brake is engaged. One thing i have always practiced when not using something more secure like ramps or jackstands is to never place any body parts anywhere where they could be crushed.

Lucky! But definitely glad you're ok. Could have been terrible

Rear brakes are the most difficult because you can’t use the parking brake while you work on them. Some cars use the rear pads as parking brakes, some use a different set of pads inside the rotors. You need to get a set of wheel chocks to put on the front wheels, opposite corner from where you're lifting. I learned the same lesson you just learned about 25 years ago. Luckily I was able to recover the same way you did.

Installed the Mando ECS Module Yesterday, So far it seems to be working but I need to do some Before and after tests on the same road.

Did you make any custom profiles? Or are you just using the 2 included preset settings of comfort or sport?

I've been messing around with them a bit. Making the dampening softer pretty clearly makes the car take bumps better, and making them harder seems to make bumps worse, but thats expected. I haven't really used the pre-done profiles yet, and I threw together a speed based profile like a half hour ago.

Force Series Front Splitter and Side Splitter Ver.2 and the Trunk Spoiler Type A. All painted gloss black.

Skipped the rear diffuser as I think these parts go well with the stock rear gloss black diffuser.
