What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I find the same 3.6 V6 in our Town and Country to be quite a lot to handle on the front wheels.. And pretty good power for a minivan.
Check out the Performance Car of the Year issue of Road and Track...they had fun with the support minivans.

Oh yeah...and the PCOTY? It's a Hyundai...:D

Noticed a 3/4" deep scratch in the fender of the car about 24 hours into my ownership. I thought I went over it pretty well before taking delivery, but it was getting dark and I guess I missed it. Super, super bummed by that. It's almost down to the metal.

I should have said 3/4" long scratch.
stingerscratch.webp This color makes my camera freak all out on autofocus, but you can see it here.

A good detailer can fill that and buff it out , dont let the dealer attemp this , they will make it worse , the Kia touch up pens are not a close color match IMHO so after market like Chip Doctor etc .................this can be fixed !! good luck

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
That was my logic as well, and I've read the horror stories on this board about attempts to match and blend HCR. I don't trust the dealer to do much, so I'll reach out to some detailers and folks who do paint correction.

Looks great
What type of piping, where do you get it?
Is it difficult to push in and make it even all the way along the panel?

Took out the stock Intakes last night and this morning I installed the K&N Intakes. It sounds SO GOOD! I'm waiting for my sparkplugs from K8Stinger that are on backorder then I will but putting in the JB4.

Is the red line just a "push in" and it sits there or does it involve more work?
It's just a push in. Very easy. I started it in the back door jam, wrapped it around the corner, along the inside of the door, then around the front door jam. Made sure I cut it long enough at the end so it would pressure fit against a small wall in the front jam.

Easy install. Make sure you carefully straighten it out first without bending.

Seems like an easy add for those of us with all black interiors and the price is right. Opinions on what would go best with a silky silver exterior?
Make the accent match your accent light color choice.

Amazon has a silver option.

I’m thinking red or blue.
And change your accent lighting to match. I recently sat in my car with my 11-year-old grandson, and I asked him which accent lighting he thought was the coolest, and he picked blue (I'd been running red all this time); and that got me wondering about blue piping on the doors. :P

Ha! I just changed it to red last night. I don’t really have anything else to match it to though, red or blue, on or in the entire car.
