What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Gave her a bath and detail before we leave for the big KDM meetup in Kentucky!

I ordered an Injen CAI (wrinkle red) this morning. First "real" mod purchase. MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust and a RaceChip are next on the list.
RaceChip? Don’t you mean JB4 or LAP3.

JB4!

im still new to the site, first time i hear about this tunner. is it worth it? what did you notice from it? thanks

Yes it is so worth it. It has different maps and pick to your liking. Has bluetooth and comes with fuel wires. The customer service is freaking awesome.

I'm leaning toward the RaceChip because the installation/removal is less involved than the JB4 and the RC doesn't modify the ECU. Also, I'm not looking to take my car to the track and blow anyone's doors off. I just want a little extra giddy-up when I mash the gas.

neither jb4 nor Lap 3 Uncle modify the ECU. They are both piggyback tuners. They plug into the wiring harness and sensors and can be removed in a few minutes if necessary.
The more involved aspects of it (which are totally optional, it will still provide gains without them, just not as much) such as the fuel wires and OBD connection with jb4 can still be made to install so all you do is unplug them.

There is a plug and play fuel harness so that you don’t have to tap on the sensor. It sounds complicated but it is super easy!

So I finally put the rear Stinger Emblem on, and the GT overlays on the wheels an the steering wheel overlay and two mini stinger emblems on the sides above the fender vents.. though theyre a bit small there and hard to read. Likely inside (which was my first intentions) somewhere would have been better, or the chrome one would be easier to see / read ?
Cool.. Still gotta remove the smaller stinger and the front kia badge for the new Stinger front badge, and I may put the round E badge where the smaller rear stinger is coming off, if it'll lay flat over that area ? as it curves a bit... ?
OH, does the front badge, when taken off, leave two holes in it as well ?
How do I properly re-buff the shine ? the rear one, after cleaning the glue off, did leave a not so shiny finish in that area.

I think that the size of the small "Stinger" over the vents looks about right.

Use rubbing compound by hand on the hazed area, followed by polishing compound by hand.

I dig it! Looks sharp! :D

Two things in the last two days! Front and rear eibach sway bars yesterday, and Water meth injection today! Big shout out to Darrin S. down in Fayetteville for basically installing the whole damn kit! I guess when you have the fastest Stinger you gotta pay it forward! Appreciate everything D! Now, I need to hook up with Travis W. so he can teach me how to launch this RWD beast!
