What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

I washed, clay barred, paint corrected, polished and waxed her. Full detail on the interior as well. Now everything other than the driver floor mat looks showroom new. It was a long day, but time well spent.
Fixed the no sound issue I had by replacing the factory amp, got in the new driver door plastic triangle panel, replaced the battery (again) and now working on a few other things to get back to 100% but happy for the moment.

Dyno'ed my Babe. Did not hit the magic 500 I wanted, but sooo damn close. Back to the lab!!

Damn good though! Hoping I get to the 470hp+ club when the meth gets installed in a couple weeks. I’ll probably never Dyno it though. Lol. It will be a mystery.

Plasti-dipped my wheels last weekend(Burnt Copper). Got a few comments on blacking out or color matching mirror caps and vents. It was storming outside today so I taped up the mirror caps and plasti-dipped them black. I also color matched the strut braces burnt copper. The finish is surprisingly smooth for plasti-dip. I need to take off the brake vents or tope those up after I buy some new black plasti-dip. The mirror caps and the vents will be temporary until I wrap them with the hood.

I will get better pictures when the sun decides to show up one day.

So how much difference do you think the Primaries made. Why have you not added mids? Just curious. Cheers

My last Dyno I pulled 450WHP, but, I had a major boost leak and some issues with my Meth. I also did not have the Primaries at that point. I went back to stock on the Blow Off Valves (boost leak issue) and upgraded my meth nozzle and tapped the Charge pipe - was using an adaptor before.

I did not add secondary pipes for one, I wanted to keep at least 1 set of cats, and two, the OEM secondary pipes are good for now. I may change that in the future but for now, I am happy with them.

I need a Fuel Injection cleaning, and the next time I dyno will run E30 - I think that was my biggest mistake at this Dyno. I just did not have a gas station with E85 near the last time I filled up.
Overall I am pretty happy with my results. My car is solid, no issues, no lights on the dash and she runs great.

:)

@Luminary How do you like the Lap3 ECU tune?

It's hard to get an objective opinion around here because the Lap3 fanboys are bigger a**holes than Tork, but you seem to be pretty level headed from what I've seen. I'd trust your opinion.

Thanks for the compliment. :)
I do not have the Lap3 ECU Tune, just the Protuner & WMI and I LOVE it. Have had zero issues from day 1.
All the Lap3 peps I know are pretty level headed, and good people willing to help anyone that they can.

Whoops, reading comprehension fail on my part.

Glad you like it, those are some impressive numbers.

I should not have generalized LAP3 users like that. There are a few...outspoken...LAP3 proponents that have realy soured me on the brand as a whole (most recently in the ECU tune thread).

I apologize to all the LAP3 users who are not jerks.

Finally able to get MBRP installed. The local drive home was remarkably satisfying. A camaro pulled up beside me and we cruised in harmony lol

I'm hoping to get mine installed next week. Any issues with the clamps that came with the exhaust that you linked of? Someone posted a little bit ago that their recent clamps don't hold?

Got the BMS no maintenance OCC in today. Had enough time before work to do the intakes but realized I was sent the wrong filters only after getting to the second to last step of the install. Had to put everything back together in 5 mins and hit the road. At least it'll go faster when I get back under the hood now that I'm familiar. I'll probably install the JB4 anyway to see how the stock plugs do up to map2.

Yes I just posted that same thing in another thread. The clamps are garbage. Definitely purchase some new ones

Your car looks amazing!!!!

What exhaust tips are those btw? :D
They look like the exact ones I have on my car. Not sure on size though. I got mine for free on Aliexpress after it took them 3 months to deliver it. I had got a refund after 2.5 months. I had to trim my plastic though around tips. They are the knock off Akropovik tips.

Thanks!! Put a lot of hard work into her.

Yup, same here. Got my Akropovik tips from Aliexpress as well. I do not remember the size, and does not look like they sell these exact ones anymore but I did not need to trim anything on the rear valance to get these to fit. They just slid right in and clamped to my MBRP.
