So basically something waa already wroung even before if i got 3500 rpm on first try... i know my AWD light came up on my dash this winter and i had no mods.. dealership has it somewhere in there system and said nothing qas wroung.. so i can potentially fight it if the inspectors deny repairs??

In my experience take a modified car in to the dealer and any repairs are generally on you. Even if your mods did not cause the problem.

They are ok with it.. they will try to pass it on waranty.. the only hiccup is if kia canada chooses to send in an official inspector to approve the repairs since its a high-end car with an unlnown issue.

Sounds good, hope for the best. It's not clear to me that anything is actually wrong.

11.59 at nearly 119! DA was around 2600. Same mods as last time.

Few weeks ago 11.5 was a dream and now you’re making it look easy.;) Bet people are jealous and still can’t believe you’re breaking records with completely stock exhaust and just the JB4/WMI & intakes. Amazing!

Yea that's crazy. That's like $1300 in mods for a ~1.5 second improvement in 1/4 mile ETs

The competition is certainly good for Stinger 1/4 mile times. But what happens when Tork cars do this same mod and move back to the top of the list? Better yet if the brake mod is done in the ECU. Back to the drawing board I guess. :(

I hope they (you) do, competition breeds innovation! If it wasn't for the competition between Burger and Tork, we would still be sitting at 11.8s on stock turbo. Faster and faster guys! Stock turbo in the 10s?!?!?! :laugh:

Thanks! Yeah, my build was always about slowly (and with my eye on my wallet) make this car perform the way we all knew in our hearts that it could. And I think there's even a little left for me to grow. Considering MBRP or Borla if I go the exhaust route. I can't wait until the rest on the list go out again. This launch method with the break snip is unreal!

These cars are so built to be built! And here and there, we are figuring out little tricks and helping eachother out. I can't wait to see someone (anyone) in the 10s.

We should wait for that to happen. Nonetheless it looks like very soon you will have to run 11's just to make the list. Oh, and thx for updating the list for us Tonka.

I think if the brake mod is done in the ECU, it would give Tork 25+ sales overnight. Plus, I'm sure Terry won't mind, as some (many?) would still run jb4 on top for fine tuning.. :-)
