3.3TT Quicksilver Exhaust Systems

So it really isn't a big deal for them to properly align? Asking for a friend, lol.

Haha yeah the shop made it seem it was an easy job and the exhaust was uh, "maneuverable" would be the right word? (flexible sounds bad lol)

How many do you think have signed up so far, Twn2rbo?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
So those who want to compare to say, MBRP, this is from Quicksilver answering my questions about a comparison
MBRP, aluminised steel ----QS Aircraft grade T304
MBRP mild flanges ------QS Stainless flanges
MBRP generic Xpipe----- QS Bespoke Rippled pressure exchanger designed FOR and found ONLY on the Kia Stinger
MBRP made in far east ---- QS made in the UK

And proven dyno results on a UK Stinger close to 500whp and over 530wtq

MBRP is a Canadian company that does much more than car exhausts.

Do they manufacture in Canada or is their exhaust made overseas? An honest question. Also their 409 stainless will also rust, or at least oxidize and surface rust

I believe they manufacture in Canada as well. I know you can purchase direct from them and they offer pickup from the retail store on the site.

Just trying to dispel some misinformation but on the career page of their website they (MBRP) are hiring welders for the night shift in ON CA. Seems to me an odd position to be hiring for if their products are made in the Far East. Also, the MBRP is available in both aluminized steel or T304. At least the MBRP Catback was designed properly and is an exact fit; unlike what I’ve been reading about this QS.

Literally 50% of that is wrong, sounds like an answer you'd expect from a car salesman.

Just to be clear I am not trying to insult those who purchased the QS catback. I would love to try it along with Borla and countless others. Time and money will not allow in my case. The posts regarding fitment issues would concern me if I was in the market, however.

FYI - Most of this is wrong.

They manufacture in Canada which makes any warranty issues much easier to deal with.

They offer two versions, an aluminized steel and a t304 stainless steel at two separate price points. SS is similarly priced to QS and the aluminized version is cheaper.

It fits out of the box and has all the hardware for install so is easy to DIY.

It uses all 4 tips and doesn’t give you that fake quad exhaust look.

Has a proven sound that you can actually hear in videos.

Sounds great even without a bespoke rippled pressure exchanger. Good marketing though.

Just reporting what was sent to me from QS. As I am not an exhaust manufacturer, I do not know where these others are actually made. So, I stand corrected then.

I just ordered the SuperSport and Silenced Secondaries. Hopefully that gets us really close to the 10 requirement.

Ordered the midpipes Monday evening, they were delivered this afternoon (not bad for UK to TX).

Packaging was excellent, the stainless is clean and shiny, good welds (not TIG, but wouldn't expect it at this price point), and nice beefy stainless flanges.
The engraved data plates are a nice touch.

Hopefully I can carve out some time to install them soon. Fingers crossed for good fittment.

Were the silencers welded on evenly? Mine were slightly off.

do you mean concentric with the pipe? That's definitely intentional (judging by the way it's built), I don't think they'd fit if they were centered.
