Now we need to get some cars in at dealers.
Can you explain to me what coating neutral control means?
So, brakes only? Coming down a steep mountain road could be a problem. Engine braking is essential for safety reasons. We have the manual gate/paddle shifters for that still. But how many people will switch to manual shifting? I'm guessing a minority: a majority will ride their brakes till they glow red.neutral coasting is getting to be a more common feature in other brands to improve fuel efficiency. It essentially puts the car in neutral when you're off the throttle slowing down to a stop light for instance.
Okay, I don't understand how the feature gets engaged then. You back off the gas and neutral coasting kicks in? You apply the brakes and it goes away?nothing to do with braking, it's neutral COASTING.
So just a note, the coasting is only for Eco & Smart modes, which I don't particularly care for. I tried it a bit but the stop & go traffic today didn't give me much opportunity to test it out. But because it's not applicable for Comfort & Sport, I don't think it's very useful for day to day driving.
Wonder if it will be a bit longer for the 2019 models to get the good offers like the current cash back on the lease. I'll probably stick to getting the 2018 as I need it sooner rather than later and its a good deal. I'll pretty much just be missing the ventilated seats on the premium so not a huge disappointment for me.
Was at a dealer in NJ this weekend, need to decide what to do with my Sunset Yellow, and was told Jan 2019Anyone heard of when the 2019's will be hitting showrooms in the States? Canada has received their deliveries... or at least the initial ones.
