Is it pretty easy to do the install myself or should I bring it to the dealer?

Super easy for me and if you know me, I can't do anything!

You screen looks odd, the car picture is cut off on the left, and you are missing the VIN box. Do you have a different computer to try their website on? Or maybe try making a new account, and making sure your information is correct in your account?

looks the same for me.. not sure i will even mess with it, i only use the radio and android auto. Dont care about media player or new map data

I cut part of the car off when I snipped the image. I think the VIN was entered on the preceding page. I DO have an adblocker running, as well as a popup blocker. Maybe that affects it.

Nope. Disabled ad and popup blockers, refreshed, and the page looks the same.

I currently have map v. Nam.11.41.51.601.101.2, which I'm sure is out of date. Maybe I'll check with the service dept at my next oil change.

Try Chrome, perhaps but I had no issues using Firefox.

I received the map update today for my 2019 Stinger and installed it. I noticed a lot of improvements, but I also noticed a couple things are now missing. The phone signal strength and battery strength indicator are no longer there.

I also noticed that under 'Climate Control' the 'Settings' button takes you to the engine setup and no longer the ventilation setup, so you can no longer access the 'Smart Ventilation' or know if it is on or off or removed. I tried reinstalling the Firmware update and resetting/repairing my phone, but that did not do anything.

Has anyone else performed the current map/firmware update and experience the same thing?

The cell phone battery status was removed a few updates ago, not this one.
It reappears when you are in a call, so it's not totally removed.

As for the smart ventalation... Are you sure?

I confirmed that the Climate Settings menus are indeed missing after the update.

I called Support and they asked that I open a case through their website, along with some screenshots so they can troubleshoot what went wrong.

Yup, I lost the Climate Settings menus too. Must be a problem with the USA update, I'll be making a ticket on their website too.

The pictures Support asked for were: Firmware/Map version menu, and a couple more pictures: The 'Climate' menu and also the 'Settings' menu from within the 'Climate' menu.
