lozic tcu with jb4 tune?

so i have lozic 1.5 with tcu pressure3/-5%. with 305 drag radial at the drag strip still spinning and according to jb4(not sure how accurate that is)my best 0-60 is 3.8, i need to invest in a dragy lol. even with the 305s this car is extremely hard to launch without spinning out. im in the process of changing a couple things like playing with my coilover settings and i also have all the megan racing arms with stiffer bushings im hoping might possibly help. then ima try the boost by gear on the jb4. theres still ALOT of trial and error in my future lol.
 
Ya I’ve seen those online don’t know if I believe that. There are cars with lots more hp better transmissions not even running under 3s.

Ya that’s why I call bs under 3s. I have tcu tune every mod run map 6 7.5 pounds of boost can’t get close. Even using drag radials on street. Still spins like crazy. I know awd do better but they are also almost 400 pounds heavier then my base gt rwd . I mean under 4 is fricken fast anyway u look at it

I get what your saying but realisticly like u said stock stingers run a 4.7 0-60 and its well known the stinger is under tuned to protect that 100k warranty! Not to mention thats without building any boost on launch! Add an aggresive stage 3 tune an aggressive stage 3 tcu tune that you can build boost off the launch with and some radials on an awd car idk see why it wouldnt do 3s if not less. Twn2rbo was getting a 3.5-3.6 with 1ft rollout on a jb4 map 3 with a stage 1 tcu tune!

Launching on the street is pointless a prepped surface is where ull have the best chance

Yep been doing it for 30 years . Just trying to get a hold of a turbo set up. Always been big v 8s
 
Am I trippin but is the tcu tune only good for 0-60 starts? I see that’s what mostly everyone is talking about. Would the tcu tune be worth it daily driving because I’m considering but I also don’t see myself launching on the regular.
 
It will make your shifts firmer and quicker. Yes it is tuned mostly for faster shifts and more line pressure for 0 to 60 times
