lozic tcu with jb4 tune?

Just put sxth tune in and car starting wanting to stall out when stopping anyone got any ideas. Might just be Coincidence. Is there any problems people are seeing with car doing that. 2018 3.3 . It doesn’t stall but rpm dump down like stop and go is trying to activate. Or is it the aggressive crackle tune doing it .

Dahm i was about to get a sxth tune aswell! Did you send your ecu in or buy a spare? And how long did the process take?

i bought extra one . Tune is great. I got the. Aggressive pops. Don’t. It’s way out of control loud. Like I said don’t know if something else is wrong but it feels like when I stop. Car is trying to get into stop go mode real quick. Rpm will fumble around and then recover. Waiting for stock ecu to get back from tork to see if that’s what it is. Just was seeing if any other stinger guys ever had issue with car doing that

I know the sxth to get crackle has aggressive timing retarding . I’m hoping that’s what it is.

How long did it take to get it from once you ordered it cause i know they say 1-3 months

thanks, the info on the pops is appreciated as i wasn't sure to go with the aggressive or conservative. did you purchase the 4 revisions? i imagine they would take it back regardless and fix it if its not working correctly! Ive been emailing them and they seem to respond fast so hopefully they help you out!

Found tcu online at some junk yard in Florida. They are not vin locked. Just need to know shift by wire or cable. And make sure comes out of same sub model. Know did not get revisions. They said pay to ship it and they will take pops bangs off. Conservative might be ok . But aggressive sounds like dam machine gun. It’s fun for a few days

what tune feels faster the tork or sxth tune?

Sxth tune is like JB4 map 4. With a lot more things fixed in ecu . Tq limits lamda target fuel tables and timing better

Unless you go crazy and run water meth. All the tunes are pretty Close . Lap3 JB4 sxth lozic few others . 18 19 pounds boost is pretty strong on this platform on 93 pump gas

i think i may stick with just the jb4 for now and get a tcu tune asap... only thing i really care about is a quicker 0-60 id like to hit 3.5 and i think just a tcu tune on top of the jb4 should do it! i may still jump on an ecu tune as 1/4 mile times are quite a bit faster with dedicated ecu tunes!

Ya I have tcu tune and JB4 got know where near 3.5 0 60. Even with 285 30 4s Michelins spin through 3rd gear . Maybe if are cars could get traction. Best I’ve done on map 4 JB4 was 3.9 spinning my ass off

i mean i have awd... twn2rbo on youtube just got a tcu tune like 5 days ago an hes running a 3.6 0-60 with a jb4 so idk

My buddy has 650 hp amg 63 s and runs 3.3 0 60 with 650 hp . I think people tell stories that there stingers do it with 500 hp

Ya maybe awd I have rwd and 3.6 is even pushing it . They spin . Are numbers with dragy that’s what I use can’t get close unless I’m doing something wrong

To go from 4.8 stock to 3.5 that’s crazy good pick up.
