Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

I was contemplating the Lap3 TCU but will probably end up with Lozic due to price.

Yup I was going to order the TCU and stick with my JB4, but I may go with the combo and be done with it once and for all. If this is the tune finally got us to break 10's it's the best move for the money.

I'm going to stick with the stack and go Lozic TCU!

Do you think pressure 3 might be too aggressive??

That was my experience, however other people love it. In fact one person said they want level 4!

Ok, I received and installed the pressure level 2 TCU. Only got a 30 minute drive in but it's quite a bit different from the level 3. In my opinion, this is probably the level most people would like. It's got crisp shifts in sport for really getting on it but you can also get on it in comfort mode and have factory sport level shifts. Like @CoconutRob said, it seems pretty ideal.

Can u describe how pressure level 3 was comparatively? @Slip_Angle

Hmm.

Pressure 3 is Aggressive, Pressure 2 is Crisp.

I'll try to articulate it more as I continue to drive and get experience with it.

I did order today...!

  • Pressure 2
  • Launch Control torque Limit off = Comfort mode: 2.300 rpm with 0,5 bar boost. Sport mode: boost by pedal/rpm
I did a Dragy 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) run at 3,97 with 1 ft rollout, no launch, just "Auto Hold" and then WOT. Will be fun to see the different with new TCU with launch and faster shifts. Can it be 3,5...?

So I ordered the ECU and TCU a couple days ago. Options I chose
ECU
Boost 1.8bar (2.0 is max for our stock map sensor but not suggested)
Soft Popcorn, bubble to 4k pop to 6k
TCU
Shifts RPM - 5%
Pressure 3
Torque limits off

Do you think the stock turbo can handle 26+ psi of boost? Do you have the CPI and/or WMI?

Nice!

1,8 bar is much but I think its tapering of to lower levels at higher rpm. I tried a lot of Map 6 settings but I have noticed that more than 1,2 bar (17 Psi) over 5.500 rpm will slower down the car. Probably will backpressure increase so much, heat go up, ignition down and no netto horsepower.

Is there anyone that will share a screenshot of your Map 6? Would be nice to compare.
