Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

I work for Kia and trust me they will warranty anything. that's how they make money. My service department knows about my jb4 my downpipes hell they're the ones that put everything on LOL. my service manager would hide anything he had to to warranty my car. I even got the euro-spec brakes and rotors on my last one after 20k miles under warranty. I'm good.
What’s dealership do u work at, I would love to take my car there haha

Maybe YOURS will warranty anything lol. The same cannot be said of all of them.

Does anyone know if the TCU module becomes "married" to the car meaning that it can't be used in a car with a different VIN? In my previous G8, there were a number of modules that were VIN locked. If down the road, the TCU can't be resold, I may have to put more thought into purchasing the TCU module.

TCU is not locked to the car.

Thanks Slip_Angle.

My ECU and TCU is expected to be delivered Monday. If it does show up it Monday, it took exactly 2 weeks from order to delivery

I don't drive my car much but, took a 2 hour drive last night 1 hour each way and I can say I could not be happier with the Lozic setup. ECU 1.4 bar and TCU pressure 2. Shifting smooth just comforting around. Get agressive in sport and nice hard fast shifts. If I have any complaint it's the same as stock sport mode downshift complaint from 3rd to 2nd and down to 1st. this is harder with TCU in sport. Did not notice in comfort.
All in all I love it. Perfect for me. For someone who wants to drag race probably want a higher PSI ECU and TCU pressure 3.

I've tried the pressure 3 TCU and have the Pressure 2 TCU on the way, so I will be able to provide a comparison.

That is the same settings I got. Looking forward to it. Did you get any popcorn? I wanted to do the more aggressive TCU but the wife was not happy about the idea of it shifting to hard. Car already scares her a bit

Yes I got bubble and pops no bangs. It's a nice little pop and more burble. I like it, was worried it would be annoying but not bad at all and only in sport. I have EVC exhaust with valve closed hardly hear it.

I know others have said this, but he's why I did it:

Stock spark plug gap is .035", and is know to be too much of a gap, even at stock boost levels.

Burger motorsports recommends the Denso plugs to be gapped at .022". According to at least one poster, his Denso's opened up to .045" in 17k miles. Seeing that the plugs do open up over time, more so with tuned engines, I figured it would be the best to close them down a little. I didn't measure the stock NGK gap, but it's probably .026 to .028". They didn't need much to get to .024"

I stopped using the densos for that reason I could feel a loss of power after 10k miles and the plugs were about .035 pretty much shot . The hks plugs are so much better I would gladly spend the extra money on them from now on

That sounds OK. That anti lag 2 step banging shit is ridiculous imo.

Any vids of the burble and soft pops? I'm waiting for mine. Of and how long did it take to get to you?
