3.3TT Kia Stinger Aftermarket Exhaust Information and Discussion

I watched all of those videos and I am sold. Sounds as quiet as stock when closed and enough roar when open. Buying it today. I'll be sure to share videos once I get it installed

Just a word of warning to non-DIYers: IF cutouts ARE illegal where you live, you may not find a shop willing to do the installation.

There are videos on other exhausts too.
Here are links for each exhaust:

I didn't list up other exhausts made by smaller shops because they probably don't export their products (if you still want to look at them, search for 피코 or 에이준 in the same page).

What page is the clip for the jun b l EVC on ? I have searched and still can't find it.

I'm waiting for the bi-modal system from Kia that will be rpm and/or drive mode activated. Good enough for my needs.

Info about it being available in August (pics of testing in France) in another thread here.

Just read up on that, thanks for posting it. I ran a Miltek exhaust on my 2001 Audi S4 back in the day, good quality products. I’m excited to hear more on an E-LSD in the near future. Wonder if they will sell it separately over the parts counter too for non LSD cars.

Damn now I am so confused. Which exhaust to buy. They all sound so good. Even the arc in those videos.

So far the feedback on korean forums is that the Ark exhaust sounds the best, but you have to deal with the cabin drone and its not an EVC so its always loud.

Start bugging your Kia concierge about it now, please. The more existing and potential customers that inquire about it, the more likely we might get an answer out of them (if not actual action).

Definitely agree that the ARK sounds the best, but I would like for it to have an EVC version.
Also missing in those links is the Bastuk exhaust. One of my favorites so far.

That's the best sounding, when open, I've heard so far!

Is Australia getting a better exhaust than the US?

Sounds good
It’s an optional exhaust in Australia that I don’t think is available yet.

Interesting to know ... although i doubt anything Jun is going to be legal in Switzerland :/

My fav exhaust is one that provides a proper throaty roar on ignition (not stupid way over the top crazy roar that sounds like I cant start my car without flooring the pedal on every ocasion), a bassy, present rumble when standing still, so you don't look like an idiot coming with 4 exhaust tubes and then sound like the wheeze of a dieing astmathic sloth, a properly silent run on normal comfort mode long distance travel (i.e. absolutly no irritating drone inside the car etc) and then a whole brass orchestra on intravenous cocaine when you pedal the metal.
you have just described my perfect exhaust!!

Just got under the car for the first time - first oil change at 2800 miles or so.

I'm AMAZED at how the stock exhaust gets necked down, changes shape, etc. It's quite a mess. It's no shock to me that the best, first power mod is a more open exhaust. I'll be waiting for some definitive, third-party comparisons on sound at startrup, idle, interstate speeds, as well as for power.

i would not be surprised if most people who want a little more power would get away with only doing exhaust and intake, not even a tune, and get the added power they need or want. there's so much restriction in the air way that it should make a substancial difference just updating that area.
