Not an expert, but learning as I go. I think your timing deviations are too high. I would suggest Map 2 based on your octane level. IAT's were high for sure, but I don't think that would pull timing. Maybe a bit more e85 would help with octane, but if you can't accurately measure the blend, it may be tough to dial it in. As others have said, gas marketed as E85 may be more like E60, etc., so even with 5 gallons you may not be at E30 overall. Hopefully a couple other folks will take a peak at the log and have some advice.
Im gonna try a reset first then do some logs on map 3 again. If it’s the same Im gonna do some logs on map 2. If those are good maybe I’ll have to stay there. But after that I’m gonna try another gallon of e85 and see how she logs.
Even at E70 which is winter blend 5 gallons is plenty. I run 4 gallons of E70 and have no timing issues when pushing 22-23 lbs of boost. I would unplug the negative battery terminal and wait 5 min and plug back in and give it a day and re log. Careful if you get to much e your going to have fuel crashes

Looks ok it’s common to see a bunch of .08 in corrections after a battery disconnect. I would re log in a day or two after you have some miles for the ecu to learn the fuel and then will reevaluate

.8 all the way across is normal after an ECU reset. Cylinder 1 is measured differently than the other cylinders. As long as 2-6 are all even and .8 that is typically fine. Try a longer pull through several gears if you can.
Sorry to bother you again. Took this log 40 to 80 on map 3. I installed the ewg wires right before. Hopefully it’s just the heat. The ethanol mix says e19. I know that’s estimated but can that be the problem?
Still doesn't look good. Do an ECU reset and test again through several gears if you safely can. Don't put 5 gallons of E85 in a Stinger tank. That will put you WAY over E30. I put 3.6 gallons in and got E28 from my Fuel-IT sensor. Start small and move up as you go. There is such a thing as too much Ethanol. You really want just enough Ethanol to prevent knocking. Remember E85 has much less inherent energy than Gasohol.
