I would work on that with a fair degree of hope. From the pics it appears to all be clear coat only. Use a rubbing compound by hand first: rub across the scratches, never parallel to them: once the scratches are knocked back then you use polishing compound by hand and finish up with wax (or ceramic if that is your go-to for protection and gloss).
(edit: wet/dry sandpaper, 2000 grit or higher, with LOTS of water, LIGHTLY, again across the scratches, is a bit scary since you can easily overdo this and sand off the clear coat, and even through the paint: but for deep clear coat scratches and surface paint scratches, that is the only way to get rid of them: in that case, seriously consider getting a pro detailer to hit the deepest scratches: if you tackle this with the rubbing and polishing compounds first, you'll know if you have really deep scratches that can only be taken out with wet sandpaper or a buffer)
