Sounds painfulEh? Usually that means you take a needle, stick it in the spray nozzle and move it down a tiny bit .... I usually know them as being adjustable?
Sounds painful
One, is that video upside down or am I drunk?
Two, that is how you make 30hp with a DP.
I wonder if it's worth the $500 for a set though?
Would be much cheaper to have a shop remove the cats. Unless there are other restrictions in the DP.
Sorry to hear about the delay. In my case, we had a mix up on delivery day and I almost had to go home empty handed. I was absolutely crestfallen, lol.I didn't watch the video, but in general a catalytic converter is downstream of the exhaust and has nothing directly to do with the turbocharger system upstream. Catalytic converters these days are very free-flowing.
The 3.3TT uses two twin spool turbochargers. A better term would be (in my opinion) a dual step turbo. Each bank is separate and has 3 cylinders. Looking at only one bank:
The turbine wheel on the exhaust side has a graduated surface, one a smaller diameter than the other. Exhaust from one cylinder is sent to the smaller diameter surface of the turbo wheel. Exhaust from another exhaust is sent to the larger diameter surface of the turbo wheel. (The remaining exhaust is simply sent out the tailpipe.) By having two diameters, the turbine can react quickly on quick acceleration (large diameter) and with more force once the turbine spins up (small diameter).
Bless you! Bless you! Bless you! So thrilled this level and quality and level of work is being done! THANKS!The follow up

2 months with the car and I never noticed the multiple circular ridges in the center of the speedo and tachometer until the sunlight hit it directly.

The question is - what are those critters in the textured area? Maybe they're Easter eggs Kia put there for grins.
