So does they just fit on the connector? Just need to slide that piece in between pin 6 and 10?
Yes, just slides right in to the slots on the harness/connector - no cutting, tapping, splicing or modifications needed at all with the harness or wires. It's basically a jumper wire. The key is filing or sanding down the side for the 6 pin so it can slide in, this also provides enough pressure to keep the jumper wire in place.
