Ran across a Federation Orange down in North Port/Port Charlotte area tonight. 2nd sighting of this ride, have yet to see the owner. And does a Black GT on a car hauler count? Wasn't to far from a dealer so could have been a pick up/delivery.
And these...they're Stingers too. Snagged them in my travels tonight
I wouldn't count on it, just due to the sheer volume of toys they produce. Fun Fact: there are more Hot Wheels toys than actual cars in the world, at about four billion since they started in 1968.I swear these HotWheel Stingers are going to become collector's items... especially if Kia discontinue the Stinger within the next 5 years lmfao!
Odd picture, making the left half of each taillight look like they're not lit up. Must be an artifact of digital camera.New Micro Blue on I-270 approaching I-170. Still has the temp tags. Saw a wolf grey K5 a few moments later. The Kia sedans are out to play today!
Yup. LED lights tend to do that in digital photos and videos.Odd picture, making the left half of each taillight look like they're not lit up. Must be an artifact of digital camera.
Interesting statistic and fun fact! Pretty cool!I wouldn't count on it, just due to the sheer volume of toys they produce. Fun Fact: there are more Hot Wheels toys than actual cars in the world, at about four billion since they started in 1968.

Why take them out of the package though? I thought you're supposed to leave them in?Just touching back to the chat about the Hot Wheels Stinger, I received today the Hot Wheels in red, grey and blue, and the Majorette "Kia Performance Car" (not sure why they can't put Stinger on the box) in yellow.

They make too many of these for them to ever really appreciate in value, and they're so cheap anyway they'd never be worth much. On the other hand, because they're so cheap, you better believe I bought two of each and the ones I opened are the ones my kid and I will be playing with. I just gotta wait for my nephew to grow out of all the Hot Wheels track he has so we get them as hand me downs, then we can start launching these things all over the house on elaborate rampsWhy take them out of the package though? One thing I'll say now that I've been looking at them a while, the proportions are way off. These are way longer and thinner than our actual Stingers. Should have been a little shorter to match properly, but maybe Hot Wheels have some size requirement to make everything compatible with all their sets and tracks and this was the compromise. Anyway this is the thread for seeing life-size Stingers randomly in the world so I'll shut up about my fun toys now.
They are all over down hereOkay, not Stinger sightings, but a comparison: yesterday, down here at Springdale outside of Zion National Park, I saw a K5 in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express (that dark grey color). We drove into the park and I saw two more K5s in grey, another dark one and a mid-tone grey: three K5s inside an hour! The car hasn't even been selling for half a year yet. It too me nearly six months to make my first Stinger in the wild sighting. I think that the K5 is a hit. Good for Kia!
I've lost count of how many K5's I have seen lmfao... I do like them a lot though... huge respect for Kia for how far they've come!Okay, not Stinger sightings, but a comparison: yesterday, down here at Springdale outside of Zion National Park, I saw a K5 in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express (that dark grey color).
