I was leaving the gym yesterday and I saw a gray stinger at a stop light. I thought it was new because it had the stinger badge on the back. I pulled up right behind him and I yielded a simple wave. It was 70 degrees yesterday so I had both front windows down and the sunroof open. I then followed him over the bridge that crosses the state line from Georgia to South Carolina and he got in the right lane and slowed down some in order to get behind me. I knew then he was checking out the rear to verify I was in a stinger. At the next red light, he pulled up beside me and asked what year mine was and I said 2019. He said his was a 2020. He told me has yet to see another stinger on the local roads since he bought his car which looked really sweet by the way. We shared quick information while still at the red light and his last statement was your car is sure not hard to find. I guess that was a compliment. I will take it as one. No pics. All this happened while driving. Another cool encounter.

Saw two Stingers, a DCB on the M1 heading to Melbourne as I was at 6:45 am in peak hour traffic and on my way home in the arvo going through Newcomb, my first spotto of Orange in G'town.

Saw my first one! On the Corvallis-Newport hwy on the way to the Oregon Coast. He was Panthera and although my son and I were waving to get his attention from the passing lane, he was 10 and 2 looking straight ahead. Braeden told me he finally waved after I stopped looking. Anyway, it was cool. My boy and I were looking at cool cars on the drive- we spotted this car up ahead of us and decided to catch up to see what it was- closing in and I thought, "Finally!!". This was the afternoon of Saturday the 20th. If you are on here... hi.

At c. three-thirty this afternoon, a Micro Blue southbound on Redwood Road. I saw it as I was waiting on my bicycle for the light at 8020 South to change. As it passed the driver applied the brakes; seeing Stinger brake lights come on is even more rare than seeing a Stinger.

There is a gray one in my town. I have been behind it several times on a road that leads to the highway. So as far as I know I just doubled our population!

They actually come in blue, red and gray. I had been looking for a diecast Stinger back in 2018 when the only one available was that really fancy $300 one, but this prompted me to see what's available now. There's a guy on ebay who's doing custom colors on those same Hot Wheels and did one in "mustard", but I was able to find an actual Sunset Yellow one by a company called Majorette, so that's now on it's way. The same guy has one in white if you search for "hot wheels kia stinger custom color" it'll come up, might have the mustard one is the thumbnail image. There are also pull-back models in red, white and black. Might grab one of those for my son to play with.

I remember down in Florida there was a hobby shop (well... several hobby/card shops) that I would frequent to sell/flip different trading cards (lmfao I know, right?!?) that there were several people there with some crazy Hot-Wheels miniature car collections... crazy huge market for those it seems...

Forgot to mention yesterday that I saw a HCR; this is probably the same one, since each sighting has been local within a few blocks of each other. It was westbound on 7800 South (we were eastbound, so the sighting was a quick one) just east of 2700 West at a little past three in the afternoon. My wife saw it on her own too and was about to say something when I spoke up first.

Ran across a Federation Orange down in North Port/Port Charlotte area tonight. 2nd sighting of this ride, have yet to see the owner. And does a Black GT on a car hauler count? Wasn't to far from a dealer so could have been a pick up/delivery.
And these...they're Stingers too. Snagged them in my travels tonight

I was pulling up to Sams club around the side by the liquor part where I always park.. I pull right up next to a red stinger and the guy was just getting in... he took off without even a glance... how dare you! Maybe he saw I did the E rebadge and didn't want to chat.
