Do you see the issue? Keep doing the same thing under warranty (because that's all that Kia will do) expecting/hoping for different results: and this even after reading on here numerous pages of posts describing the same thing!

Why keep wasting time and equanimity just because Kia will replace rotors? Four times?! What good is that? Just do what you did, finally, and go with pads that won't leave deposits on the rotors. I can see swapping out the OE rotors once and starting fresh with aftermarket pads. Nothing else makes rational sense to me.
Another thing that I've seen on here a few times: the move to take advantage of the brake warranty before it's too late. Why? Almost as if creating a bigger problem early will be more satisfying than having little or no problem at all. Heh.
