3.3TT Eibach sway bar both or just rear for AWD Stinger

Did you try just the rear initially? I would like a much crisper turn-in response and wondering if just the rear would help or if both are required. Also, for those using the Mando, does that unit -either by itself or with one or both sways - affect turn-in response positively?

I did just the Eibach Rear Sway on "Soft" on my 2018 AWD. Gave me exactly what I was looking for and feels much crisper, less boaty, and all around more confident. I was hoping that the soft setting would promote neutral steer for the ride as a whole , and not tend towards oversteering, and it seems to do exactly that. Ride comfort is virtually unchanged.

If by "crisper turn-in" you mean instill some oversteer, yes, an Eibach rear sway bar will promote oversteer. Putting both bars on would promote neutral steer.
By crisper I meant direct and immediate, so neutral, yes, but I had noticed what another poster mentioned about the car not rotating immediately and then catching up through the turn, so to speak. He chalked it up to the awd system not transferring power quickly enough. I thought it felt like steering gear ratios not being dialed in or changing Quickly enough. So it was a lack of consistent, precise response to initial turn-in I noticed. But maybe the other poster was right and it was always about waiting for the traction to be apportioned correctly and quickly by the AWD system.

Doing the front sway will give you a faster more consistent turn in. Having done both on mine I wouldn't change it back, and wish I had done it sooner

Did both on mine last weekend, pleased with the results. Used soft setting due to the extreme crappiness of our roads, may test the firm setting in a few weeks.

Did you install them yourselves or have it done? Any tips or I do would be greatly appreciated!!!

Agree 100%, I'm an AWD owner that ran the rear sway only on soft for over a year and then added the front on soft and loved the results.

Did them myself. You must have a swivel head ratchet, and get a midsize 14mm socket. I removed the fender liner on the drivers side. That allowed me to move the fuel lines a couple inches and made a huge difference. They're right in the way of one of the bolts. The mounting brackets for the Eibachs are beefier and have braces, this makes the installation more difficult than removing the factory bar. If you have a buddy that can help it's much easier with extra hands.

Hey all feel like upgrading my sway bars ...2020 AWD...saw tork do his and I just might go for it...so it is worth it?

There are a ton of posts about it, I’ve had mine done for almost 2 years, IMO the best mod you can do for the $$

Did you go with the firm or the soft setting? Also I have AWD Will it make a big difference

As a fellow AWD owner, I would refer you to my earlier post.

I saw that thanks .... What’s a good brand
I don't think you can go wrong with either Eibach or Whiteline. I went with Eibach due to reputation, cost, color (I like red) and most of all ... nipples.

I’m on soft setting front & rear & RWD only here in OZ but I can say for me this upgrade made a big difference.

This brings up the question I keep meaning to ask: Are y'all testing your sway bars with various settings? With traction and stability control both on and off? I've seen as many different opinions here about sway bars as I have about exterior color. Lots of good information but as usual tastes vary. The main point I gleaned from reading every post was that the rear needed to be stiffer than the front on this car -- either by installing just the rear sway bar or both with the front on soft and the rear on firm. Having opted for the latter, I am really glad I upgraded. The car feels more "planted" even in Comfort mode with all the nannies enabled. With traction and stability control turned off and Sport mode enabled, it feels ready for the track. Of course, I'm in an area with decent roads and minimal winter weather. I'm sure folks who drive rougher roads or deal with more than 3/4" of snow regularly might have a different experience.
Have you fitted the Whiteline Endlinks? They make the handling firmer again when cornering & takes out any flex especially in the front links that are 295mm long.

I'm running the stock endlinks.

Good buy, for rain your best setting is soft.
