There isn't much to see. I reached my hand and put it near the rear passenger door to be closer to the sound (even though it is loud everywhere in the car but I guess it was just instinct). It happens over bumps (as in standard road bumps - not any bumps that are too egregious) but also when stopping.

Oddly, it is not nearly as bad when there is someone sitting in that seat back there.

This noise only started after they replaced the differential. I assume something they did (or didn't do) there caused it.

Do you have any other dealers nearby? I would take all your documentation for everything and go to another dealership cuz the one you are going to is clearly trash.

I kinda want to but the dealer has been really nice to me and I feel bad. A lot of the delay was from the levels above them not wanting to approve the work just yet.
