We have the Kill Tally thread but who's willing to own up to their losses?

My Loss Tally is pretty short; I've lost a roll race to a debadged hellcat charger, and dig races to a newer camaro ZL1 and a Model 3 performance. I was expecting to lose to the last two, but that Tesla loss was shocking; that thing was car lengths ahead before I even hit 10 mph. Blows the mind to see something move that fast in near silence.

You mean "first two"?

I guess the Model 3 performance is much faster than the base? I beat the base model 3 in my somewhat-modified Legacy GT. My (stock) Stinger is faster than my LGT.

any Tesla will beat a stock GT , I let them pass , the thing I have noticed though is the model 3 owners are really dick heads , they have a very fast car and they are as bad or worse than BMW drivers with bizarre driving behavior and they have the speed to back it up vs most BMWs

My LGT beat a model 3 - we were tied until end of 1st gear, then second gear, I pulled away. The Stinger, when it really hits, is faster than my LGT.

I meant I thought the charger was a 392, which I can take from a roll, so, I was surprised when I learned it was actually a hellcat.

And yes, the performance 3 is much faster than base; they're low to mid 11 second cars. I held him off from a roll but from a dig that thing is a silent rocket.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

The performance model is significantly faster than the stock, yes.

The Tesla should get you off the line if the driver is competent - electric motors have max torque at 0rpm, so as long as they have traction, a Tesla should beat pretty much any non-electric car off the line.

I lost to a recent model 911 Carrera 4S, but surprised the guy a lot. He stopped at the next light to compliment how fast the car was and how respectable it did vs his $120K+ Porsche.

EDIT: I have also noticed how much of a dick most Tesla owners are. They street every light like they are at the strip. (I probably would too though hahaha)

I lost to a G37. Well I should have known. He just stuck to my bumper.

And I Lost to my best friends MB E350 W212. We pulled on to the Autobahn with about 80km/h I knew he would flore it so I did the same. Our cars where exactly the same. We let off at 160km/h. Second time we accelerated from 100km/h to max. I had no problem to keep up until 200km/h, after that he pulled a gap quite fast. I had no chance. (btw his car has an 3.5l V6 diesel with 272hp and 350nm)

I de facto "lose" to everyone. I do not race (my repentance is genuine and so far one hundred percent perfect!:P).

I got walked hard by an SRT Jeep. We started around 100 km/h and let off around 200 km/h as we went through a speed trap. Luckily to cop must not have had the gun up or paying attention as he didn't pull out.

Anyway, the jeep left me in its dust. I was in the wrong gear when we got on it, but I don't think it would have made a difference. That thing was fassstttttt.

Totally unfair fight. Instantaneous max torque from electric motors will crush even the best ICE off the line. See: 100s of YouTube videos.

Just race them a couple of times and then do some donuts while they have to recharge.

All of the Teslas in my area are boring drivers that don't look to race anyone. They're more in the way, hogging the left lanes doing 70 mph and virtue signaling.

Put me in the 'loser' column, also. I've only been challenged once by some kid in his dad's M3, but we were in an area that cops regularly monitor. Otherwise, I've chased a few Mustangs/Challenger/Ms down the highway, but I will usually keep my distance at speed, not swerve wildly, and eventually slow. My paranoia about lingering cops is too high; especially with a car that accelerates so readily.

How about a 500 mile race? I'm anti-electric, forces you to have two cars if you want to travel.

Maybe it's the way I drive... I'm only getting low 300 miles per tank. Model 3 Long Range version can go 300+ miles on a single charge.

Then it takes about 5 minutes to fill up the Stinger, how long for the Model 3, if you can find a charging station.

Lost to a LSX swap S10 on slicks, no shame lol and to my buddies 2005 STI tuned in E85 but it was a close one I was om MAP 2 for all of these and recently turned up to MAP 3 and hurt some feelings on Friday night in Mexico
