Just wish I could get my hands on one of those 10% off ebay coupons..

cable-protection-wrapping just to prevent from rattlingLooks good. Is that a shielding or only a cable-protection-wrapping for the CanBus-cable?
Is there any option in the app to switch off the tune and just use the regular modes only? Something like Map0 in the JB4.
OK, I will have to look for it. On the other hand the module is connected to the switchable accessories power line - I thought that when the car is off, the green LED indicator on the module is not iluminated then there is no power being delivered to the module but the module settings are still active and working after the car is powered on. I will check it but I am pretty positive that the last setting was still active after I had removed for a while and installed back the module power cable.
I am not saying that temporarily disabling power will revert back to stock settings. I am saying that if you have a switch that removes power from the module EVEN WHEN DRIVING, it should give you back stock suspension settings because the module is effectively unplugged.
This isn't about "reset the module" after 30 minutes of no power. Having a switch on the power line is like UNPLUGGING the module from power even when driving. However, that's probably hard to do while driving, so I suggested a switch. I hope that makes it clearer?
Ok, thanks. Understood now. I will add a switch on the power line. Besides a guy from Korea (the one who sells modules on ebay) will ask Mando whether they can add a bypass feature in the app - it would be great to have such functionality.I am not saying that temporarily disabling power will revert back to stock settings. Yes, it is just piggyback tuning. You remove the box and that's itAfter removing the module from the Stinger for KIA service maybe, the factory modes are 100% the same again and the car is working like there were never a module installed?
Przemek you are fast i was going to reply after a quick test (any excuse i guess) but got side tracked with work.
Thanks for the info on the app i didn't see that option and it works perfectly

I can't recommend this enough and don't see any reason to go back to the factory setting - I used Mando comfort today for the first time this morning (I'm 50% comfort 50% sport normally) and it was very comfortable no issues at all.
My original rear bump steer issue, if that's the right term, has improved a lot not completely gone but improved to the point where I'm not annoyed anymore. There is one joint in the road mid corner right by my work that unsettles the car and I use everyday.
After a couple of days with it i would say its a big improvement without any loss of comfort and think the default Mando options are great - haven't played with the variable custom settings other than max all the way which is lots of fun.
Mando ESC = a better stinger very and thanks again to xot1 for bring this to the forum![]()
