What mods? Your ECU PSI is higher than mine...I have intakes. I wonder if that plays any role.See logs for map 1 and map 2 on shell 91.

Any update on this ? From what I understand, Petro 94 is not bad at all, and I guess "Pure Gas" Shell 91 (zero ethanol) should be good too ?What mods? Your ECU PSI is higher than mine...I have intakes. I wonder if that plays any role.

@RevvMedia have you done anymore testing since then ? Any results from your own tests ?
I'm surprised about the 5s+ 0-60 when the car advertizes 0-60 in 4.7 seconds. Again, altitude might have something to do with it.
I'm reviving this thread since we slightly touched this subject in another thread but didn't want to go off-topic.
Edit: This comment by Terry scares me : New JB4 Stinger Dyno Results!
I still have my OBD passed through the grommet as instructed by BMS and my feet are warmAlright, thanks for the update.
I might start testing things out by myself once I figure out a way to pass the JB4 OBD2 cable without causing an air leak into the cabin... It's getting cold outside !
The Chevron station in Edmonton is offering up 94 octane with 0% ethanol.
That's the one. Saw a pic posted and the 94 has a separate hose and nozzle.
Well I hope it sticks around. I took the box off for the winter but it'll go back on in spring, I'd like to test this gas out.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the Chevron 94 is crap. Our best fuel in Canada seems to be the Shell 91. This comes from verious comment Terry has made from reading Canadain Logs. I've found a station about 25 minutes away that sells E85 so tried 5 gallons with the rest 91 and she pulled hard and smooth with it. However I didn't get any logs with it and I'm back to straight 91 and map 1 for the winter. The Chevron station in Edmonton is offering up 94 octane with 0% ethanol.
Are you implying that I am going to enjoy and explode with excitement or explode the engine ? lolKaBoom!!
It is not recommended to run map 3 on anything less than 93 octane fuel. I would be happy things are running well with map2 on 91 and personally not risk it.
Thank you , I am being very cautious here. I did read on here that some folks have had no issues with map 3 and shell 91 in Canada and hence tempted to try. Also not so good feedback on the 94 rated gas from Petro CanadaIt is not recommended to run map 3 on anything less than 93 octane fuel.
