Hi Everyone,

I finally pick up my new MY20 beast tomorrow morning. It's been a long time coming but now the time has arrived.

Sold my Sportage last night but was in a panic needing a car today and tomorrow. Called the dealership that I purchased my Stinger from, to see if they could help me out with a loan car for a couple of days. They got me out of the sh1t and were able to supply me with a car with a few hours notice. Considering I have purchased 3 Kia's from them, it was still above and beyond at such short notice. Thanks Essendon Kia.

Went with the Hichroma Red. Was a difficult decision but made the decision after seeing it in a showroom with the sun reflecting off it. Kia's best red so far.

I drove it like an old granny today just trying to work it out and get comfortable with it. It rained most of the day, so it's already dirty. Doh!!

Meet up is 10:30 in Springvale road, if you check out the thread there are maps etc and the drive route that has been organised.

Thanks Angel, I certainly will enjoy my new better half especially when the weather gets better.

Appreciate the invite, but have plans the next couple of weeks. Why is it that when you normally don't have much on most weekends, the time you get an invite, you have alternate plans. Damn me.

Hopefully next time as it would be great to meet other Stinger owners.

I will have some long drives coming up for work, visiting some country locations, so it will be interesting to see how the millage goes in ECO mode.

All you need now is the hat to match! Comes with a free set of brake vent mesh

Enjoy the experience, see if you Vics can get along to the drive, take some pics and Vids and mix with the Kia gt Facebook group. I look fwd to the pictorial.

I know its in the Kia Warranty book.. But can someone give me an idea of how many services I need to comply with to keep it up to warranty? or if i even have to? I keep seeing some bad posts about services and care from Kia dealerships. Lets be honest they have never had a twin turbo car that performs like it has and I very much doubt they give any care to a $60k + car and/or the experience to make me want to pay expensive dealership service prices.
