$38,050 USD out the door,
2018 Sunset yellow limited GT AWD
2018 Sunset yellow limited GT AWD
The 7% tax is the hard part to shallow. I have the same here in Florida at 6%, but was spoiled where I came from in SC.... they have just a flat $400 tax when buying a car.GT2 RWD. Paid $47,200 plus about 700 in crap fees and TAVT of 7%, so roughly 51,350. Sticker was $50,100. Put in $1,500 cash and a $2,350 trade-in and got away with a payment that doesn't (quite) kill me.
I think it's a decent deal, and I regret the payments less every time I fire it up. Since it's the first time I've ever spent nearly this amount on a car, it still a little surreal.
Does the $680 include a monthly NY lease tax, and if yes, what is it?Could somebody help I went to 2 dealers today to see the GT2 ceramic silver with red interior. They don’t want to go lower then $680 a month for 12k 36 months 2k down. I wanted to pay max 580 is that realistic?? I’m in the NY/NJ area.
@Kosh how did you get that deal
Yes it does include tax it’s a 8.8%Does the $680 include a monthly NY lease tax, and if yes, what is it?

If your are considering buying shortly after leasing to take advantage of the Kia money, review NYLAWBIZ's post.
If you are only considering leasing, the best quote I got to lease a GT2 AWD with safety package for 36mo and 12k/yr was:
Zero money out of pocket (everything rolled into lease including 1st month's lease payment)
$659/mo including 9% PA monthly lease payment for 35 months
(every $1000 paid at lease signing equates to about $30/mo, so if I paid $2000 at lease signing as per your consideration, subtract $60/mo)
FYI - I was on the phone last week with KIA Consumer Affairs. The Atlantica, according to them, has been postponed indefinitely. They are unclear at this time if the car has been cancelled, just postponed or if it will be combined with another limited edition. According to Consumer Affairs, all digital information on the Atlantica has been removed.Any word yet on what the MSRP of the Atlantica is going to be?
I am in PA as well and here are the financials for the care I am picking up next week. I posted this on another Link and still looking to verify if this is a good deal. I am pushing the dealer to their limits (so they say), but looking for validation:If your are considering buying shortly after leasing to take advantage of the Kia money, review NYLAWBIZ's post.

Looks like a real good lease especially considering you were able to get out of the optima lease.I am in PA as well and here are the financials for the care I am picking up next week. My guess is that although the Stinger is selling, it is not blowing out the numbers. To me, this is a "sell what's on the truck in inventory" strategy. Personally, I wanted to wait on the Atlantica, but now that it is gone (for now) I reverted back to the red car. Imagine that logic about 300 times over. They probably just got ahead of their headlights.....and, teased the market with a "what if" thought in the process.Seems like potentially legitimate scoop. All of the search results are now returning "page not found" errors.
I wonder if KMA (Kia Motors America) Marketing will go back to all of the auto mags/blogs and explain why the US still can't have the special features that aren't special anywhere else in the world.
$44 out the door for a purchase outright? Or, did you lease and if so, what was the payment? Thanks.Wow! Which dealership was this?
