Lozic ECU + TCU + AWD Tune

Made my way to Lozic USA HQ last week to retune my ECU from 1.25 bar, and TCU retune to add Power By Mode and change the downshifting harshness (among many other revisions). Ambient temperature in Temecula, CA was ~100F. Would've wanted to retune for e30/wmi but I don't see myself doing that any time soon, nor do I regularly fill up with e85.

Nice! Lozic is a great guy. Always wanting his customers to be 100% happy.

Absolutely no need for a retune. All of his boost curves are too conservative for E30+WMI. And for E30 alone, lozic will push big amount of timing itself. For WMI alone, use JB4 map6 to chase a flat boost curve is what you want and it’s easy to do so for your current boost curve. Lozic’s 1.2-1.3 bar tune is absolutely best canned tune for stinger/G70.

Hey guys, question how do I use the jb4 for monitoring alongside the ECU tune, do I need to turn any of the bits on? Or map0 would be enough?

1.4 bar on 91 Octane or 1.3 on 93 Octane

1.3 is pretty fast way faster than map4, and you can always add more boost with map6, but honestly I have 1.4 and I see peak boost of 21 bsi and it tapers down to 18.5 at 6k RPM and it proper fast! Way faster than map4!

that’s sweet ! and you run that 1.4 bar on e30 or 93? or both?

So I got my tune about 3 days ago, and since then I have driven the car with the new ECU for about 55 miles, on 93 I saw a peak boost of 19.8 psi on E30 it reaches 21 psi, and I also went by power mode B, Eco is 10, normal 13, and sport 21

I have it on at 3k rpm and on low intensity, I tell you what, the car takes off like a rocket when doing roll racing!
 
Here I just did a roll race with a 392 he stayed in his place bro was frozen in time. This is a 1.4 Bar tune for 91, but I'm running E30 mix in her.
Boost ready 3k soft sensitivity.

It will damage primaries pretty fast so don’t even think about it if you are not going catless. Also 1.3bar 93 tune would be the best for E30 and 93. When you are on E30 your lozic tune will push more timing and pushing more HP itself. Don’t even think about that for 1.5 bar tune, it’s too aggressive for 93 aloneor e30 no matter what lozic told you. It will pull too much timing for 93 alone, and E30 mix wouldn’t help because it will push more timing till it pulls a lot again. 1.5 bar is absolutely frustrating for anyone without WMI or CPI.

I have crackle and pop tune, A style. Cats are fine and I’ve had the tune for at least 6 months.

Listen to this man he knows best, I ordered what he suggested and it's great 1.4 on 91, but I wanted pops type A not very aggressive so I think I will be good hopefully.
 
I had a peak boost of 25.3 psi today with the 1.4 bar 91 tune running E30. How do I use the Jb4 to limit my boost to 22psi?

show lozic the log and ask him to fix it. Our car has stock wastegate position all over the place. No canned tune can guarantee to dial the boost with one try.

Showed it to Lee/ Lozic he said it's fine the car is working good no need to change or do anything, I might be overreacting. But I did another roll from 40mph in third gear and peak boost was 23.6 psi, so maybe the 25 was a fluke!
First log the one with 25.3 psi
Second log with the 23.6 psi first two pulls Jb4 map0 the third and fourth pulls in map6 boost safety 22psi
