Last sunday the clock got turned back an hr. Today was the first time driving the car since the time change. Car is gps enabled, knows its exact position, knows time zone of said position, head unit set to obtain time from gps, and I'm sure I saw a timezone file or some sort in the fw update (may 2022). Yet, the damn thing did not set itself back an hour.

Lol. First world problems. Three clicks and you're good for another four months; come spring, put a check in the box (there is hope in Utah that this will be the last time).

Funny thing is, I completely forgot about the check box. Got in the car and was confused why the time was off. I'm sure I'll forget again come spring.

The update isn't there anymore. Not sure why they pulled it. I have a 2022 that's still running 2021 software. The updater just says nothing is ready for download.

Not the same. Mine has the 10.25 widescreen. Different file for that.

^^Give it a few weeks. They did the same thing with the spring update.

There must be a reason they pulled it. It's a crappy update anyway. Other than new mapdata, the features aren't all that useful IMO - Notice | Official Kia Navigation Update Website .

Not the same. Mine has the 10.25 widescreen. Different file for that.

It was available for me last night. I haven't installed it on my 2023 yet though.

do it super important! I have a 2023 and my apple carplay has finally been fixed. The awful delay in waze & google is finally gone! Took about an 1hr 10min

What delay are you talking about and where is that delay issue referenced or acknowledged?

I know there is a delay when using one of the wireless carplay dongles, about .5 to 1 second. For example, I can press the skip to next track when using apple music, and the new song takes almost one second to start hearing it through the speakers. The display pretty much updates right away, but not the audio. Not sure if this is what he is referring to.
