Limited Production Stinger Atlantica

by model year 2020 all the stuff in the latest special edition will be standard or option in the 2.0 premium and up.

Interesting. It says MSRP is expected to be at $53k which is only $700 more than the AWD GT2.

Yes, the articles talk like they expect the MSRP to be less than $1k more. I'm not sure, but I think they better at least keep it under $55k. Maybe like $54k range max. I don't think it would be worth $55k or more.

Which means this will probably only be an option package fore AWD models, should the make it available on other cars without the Blue paint and Brown leather. If the Brown interior looks good, I'm up for that.

Just throwing out some other quick Qs on the Atlantica:

- I wonder if it will have still have the D shaped steering wheel.
- Also, wonder if it have the Aluminum or Piano Black interior. So far the Korean spec vids I've seen of the brown only have it with the Piano Black.
Not advocating one of the other really although I get the impression that the aluminum color may show less scratches and fingerprints.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Do we have any pics of the interior yet?

finally giving the people what they want!! lol they should have done this in the first place. would have bought this outright...

Honestly, this just pisses me off. This is proof that they could be offering all of that extra stuff in their vehicles here as an option at least. Shouldn't make me have to get a specific color combo for it.

Why are they doing these limited editions?o_O
Just make the colors and options available from day 1...

I love the color, but I actually prefer the U.S. market wheels. I wonder if the 360-degree camera will be offered as an option for 2019? Seems silly to offer it on a limited basis only.

Frustration aside...here's to hoping there is a possible retrofit for the 360 cam. IF the 2018 are in fact wired...swap the front panel, and mirror casings along with the console switch, code it on via software update, done. Again, iF the wiring is there.

Would be curious on install of the suede headliners also. Not sure how practical or possible that would be.

Anyway...I'll hope for retrofit options. For the interim. No regrets on my GT2.

I don't have a desire to buy into their 'Limited' gimmick. However, since this essentially hits on every complaint I had, I think I'm going to have to be in (as long as they don't start smoking something when they set the MSRP).

My only reservation is I'm not 100% sure about the brown interior, but that bit of uncertainty isn't enough to turn me away. Also, it looks like my wife actually likes it the best soooo....

Prepare yourself for games on the price. This will be worse than the yellow since it actually has extra features. Just saying. Took me 6 dealers to get my yellow one.

It's standard on this edition. We need to find the upgrade parts.

Wow! Finally a Chroma Blue. With only 500 units, I wonder how much more past a AWD GT2 this will go for. Glad we are getting the color combination either way!

$60k+ by the time dealers add their markup.

We have several dealers around here. I haven't seen any of the closest three I've looked at mark theirs up unless they do it off the sticker. I'm hopeful that I can get away with MSRP.

Did you preorder yours right away or wait for exact pricing to be announced? I haven't bought a new car in quite a while so I've got to get prepared for the best angle of approach to extract the vehicle with minimal f***ery.

The dealers in my area all had the cars "listed" at MSRP initially on cars.com and then the "market adjustment" was added once i showed up to discuss. I have noticed one local dealer did update cars.com to show the market premium and they still have their Yellow GT2 listed for $60K right now.

Best strategy i can say is this...know what is being offered in terms of purchase or lease deals, know what you can afford to spend, and be willing to walk.

There is lots of info in the "how to buy" forum as well.

Well...I guess I'm not surprised and depths that KNA will go to. There's nothing special about this car when these features were available internationally. Limited edition = higher prices and more !@##% bad dealers...Shame, Shame, Shame.

On the bright side, the US debut for the G70 is coming soon!
