Navigation Update V14 due out April 20, 2020

Hi, I've been trying to update and I see people in here saying it's available on the 27th, or not available, etc. I don't see it listed on their app on my windows desktop to download when I go through the list or select my make/model.

Anyone know when the files for a 2019 Stinger GT1 might be available?

Sorry if I got too confused. Thanks

This was the 3rd update I've done and I had no issues.
Same here. 2019 GT1 RWD. Downloaded via PC directly to the original SD card. Download 15-20 minutes, upgrade about 15 minutes. Radio/Sirius presets preserved but no navigation history. Flawless.

How long ago did you download yours? I have the same year and model and can't find the download online for it through their app they require you to download

Confirmed a discovery today. Since update installed, incoming phone calls are received, announced and if answered, can't hear the caller, only very very faintly. Neither the volume knob nor the steering wheel button affect the volume any more. Previously, the volume knob adjusted the phone speaker volume while in a call. This is kind of a deal breaker, making the phone unusable in the car.

I know I've seen song title scrolling, once or twice? Today there were no scrolling song titles. Hmm?

Hm.. Ours still controls call volume just fine.. do a reset of the infotainment with the reset button perhaps if the sound settings look correct?

It just occurred to me last night that I didn't have the problem until I found the path to turn down the horrible loud (DING). Maybe now the two are related. Today I will experiment with turning the bad noise back up and see if the phone volume is now somehow associated with the DING level?

i'll take a look later today and see how the levels/settings are set in ours..

Since the update was taken down can someone upload their? i don't use SiriusXM and wouldn't mind having the new update

Went out to troubleshoot it last night. Not only did the volume knob adjust the phone volume (just as it did before the update), now when the call is in progress, the volume toggle on the steering wheel also adjusts the phone volume - which it never did before. . . . . Have no idea why it didn't work on multiple phone calls the day before, but now it's okay, so the update didn't permanently change it?

Just a heads up, after the most recent update before they took it down for to fix the sirius XM preset bug, I discovered that it broke navigation queries. Every time I've try to use the built in voice assistant for the built in nav, I'm getting a network error and it can't find anything. Manually typing in addresses still work.

Really makes you wonder what testing they do prior to a release - not the first time this to be affected.

The new climate display page needs to be taken back to the drawing board too. So hard to tell WTH is going on, I miss the old display that was crystal clear on fan speed and mode. Now I have to run the fan at a 5 or higher to see what vent mode it's on. If they want to keep the wow factor dashboard graphic fine, but adjust the colors so it's visible. And the little fan icon with number is just pathetic. Love everything about this update ('cept the bugs) but revert climate back to original please!

Just wanted to point out that downloading the update is available again for 19-21 model years.

Interesting that the updated update is available right now. they started emailing me this morning asking for a screen shot of my software and map versions again. Said they would let me know when it was available. That was at around 8 AM and 1 PM.

Got mine downloaded and installed. No issues or bugs so far.

It may have been added a while back, but the nature sounds is the weirdest addition. Seems like there have to be a ton more useful and interesting features they could program in and how Nature Sounds made it to the top of the list doesn’t make much sense.
