Wheel/size/offset and tire/size/profile...can be confusing.

The best fit options for a front 9" and rear 10.5" are:

225/40/20 (equal to stock diameter) + 255/35/20 (equal to stock)
245/35/20 (-1.1% vs original diameter) + 285/30/20 (-1.2% vs stock)
255/35/20 (-0.4% vs original diameter) + 295/30/20 (equal to stock)
265/30/20 (+0.8% vs original diameter) + 305/30/20 (+0.8% vs original diameter)

245/30/20 + 295/30/20 would not be a good fit because they differ by 1.1% from eachother rather than being very similar like 245/35/20 +285/30/20 is.
Pretty much you can use this table:
2019 Kia Stinger GT2 Tires

The most important thing to look at is the Diameter and how much it differs from stock, the closer to stock diameter the better, just different priorities whether you want tirewall size or width.
The second part is to look at the "wheel" column which shows what is the width of the wheel that tire is suitable for.

I am going to have exactly same fitment wheels as you and will be going with 245/35/20 + 285/30/20 most likely depending on tire availability but any of the 4 combos I named suits them.

Hmm, might need to check that, 245/35 is larger than stock, and 255/35 would be a bit bigger than that

245/35/20 (-1.1% vs original diameter) + 285/30/20 (-1.2% vs stock)

I question your math if you think 285/30/20 is smaller than stock.

Now I feel retarded because I put 19" inch sizes with the 20" diameter.
So correct would be:
245/30/20 (-1.1% vs stock) + 285/25/20 (1.5% vs stock)
255/30/20 (-0.4% vs stock) + 295/25/20 (-0.8% vs stock)
225/35/20 (+0.4% vs stock) + 255/30/20 (equal to stock)
So @NYdito disregard the first post and follow these.

And learn from my mistake; when checking the table be sure that youre checking 19 inch stock vs 20 inch equilavent not 19 inch stock vs 19 inch comparison.

No worries thanks.

Hey guys, picked up a 19 stinger GT AWD Wednesday. Im wanting to run a squared set up. Wheels im looking at are a 19*9.5 +35. Am i going to be able to run them? Looking at 255/35/19. I see the 25 offset listed not sure about 35. Coming from a truck this is a whole new level of anxiety XD. Thanks in advance

I finally got my rims and tires yesterday.
I wanted a square setup for my AWD

19x9.5 Niche Misano M116 +35 wheels
255/35R19 Firehawk Indy 500 tires
I used hubcentric rings on the rear - 67.1mm ID to 72.6mm OD
I used 5mm thick hubcentric spacers on the front - 67.1mm ID
The rings would not fit on the front with the spacer in place.

Stock Springs & struts, Eibach F&R sways, ATQ collars

Note: These rims have 2 valve stem holes, one in the front for the tire valve stem and one in the back for TPMS sensors. If you use the back hole for the TPMS it will require the use of a no-show type of sensor that does NOT have a valve stem on it.

Can you send me a list of what ill need for the front? Im getting the Niche methos which is also 19*9.5 +35. No rubbing or clearance issues?

Nice wheels!, and nice job researching & finding the info that is out there. (a lot of people just ask others and don't do the legwork)

On the front you will need a 5mm spacer so the back side of the rim will safely clear the struts.
I used the StanceMagic - 5mm 5x114.3 Hubcentric Wheel Spacers (67.1mm Bore)

On the back you don't need a spacer, there is more clearance. But you might want to add some hub-centric rings that fill the gap between the hubs on your car and the ID of the wheel.
I used these from Amazon, Hubcentric Rings - 67.1mm ID to 72.6mm OD

Ideally you'd want to have rings on the front but you can't use the ring if the spacer is already on the hub. There's just not enough room.

Because it made me nervous I had a 5mm spacer with an integrate 67.1mm to 72.6mm ring custom machined for me. I looked all over the web but couldn't find one that fir those specs. Many people just run the spacer so it would likely be fine, I'm just a little anal retentive.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Oh and be sure to post pics when you get them.

Appreciate the feedback. I know enough about wheel and tire including offsets just never ran into going staggered to squared. We don't have knowledgeable tore shops around here so I wanted to get the info before ordering things online so greatly appreciated

I will definitely let you know. I personally would like to have the hubcentric ring up front as well too but I don't think there's a machine shop around here knowledgeable enough to fabricate it. Might just run staggered again to ease my worries worse case

Anyone with AWD running 245/35-20 8.5 +35 front 285/30-20 10 +45 rear. Thanks Rob

8.5+35 is fine, @MerlintheMad is running 8.5+40 without rubbing and you'll get a little more clearance than that.

10+45 will be fine too, a few examples of 10.5+45 and you would have about the same clearance as that. When in doubt, add a new row to the sheet, copy and paste the values from another fitment into it and use the links to wheel-size.com to get all of the calculations

I need to update all rows with updated suspension clearance values

I wish we had a machine shop as knowledgeable to have the spacer with ring built, it makes me wonder if I should just go staggered to make it easy on myself to ease the worry.

Do I spy Solidworks?
(goes back to his CATIA hell hole)

Thanks for the dwg!

Well won't be cheap, 623 (CDN) plus tax for the spacers but if you are gonna do it go all in and do it right!

I did contemplate using a set of spacers and a set of rings and having them welded together, but I figured the concentricity and warping issues would be no go.
You'd want to put them on a lathe afterwards to make sure they are true.
But it could be a viable and cheaper option if done well.

Well I got lucky and found a shop doing it for $150 cash job. Thank God! This cars going to look good
