...it didn't work people....
I wish I could tell you what they did to mine but my dealer fixed the sunroof clicks. Do make sure to lube the edges of the sunroof, that was a HUGE reducer of noise (the rubber squeak kind). That said, I looked for another rattle (back passenger side) for over a week only to figure out that it was the seat belt bouncing of the leather seats in the back. lol that is now the only noise my car makes inside when going over bumps.

??? The last message you posted was to ask for the Aussie TSB number (that we now know doesn't work)--presumably because you had the same problem as so many on here. You are now saying you got yours actually fixed by some miracle/mysterious process that you have no information about?!?
Sorry, as a citizen of this community you have to do better than thatPlease take the time to contact your service department and ask them exactly what they did and whether it is an official procedure. And, don't be so sure it worked until you have had the car in some heat/cooling cycles and environments. Mine is intermittent depending on the external temps and the difference between the temp inside the car and outside the car.

BTW all my dealer did, and I quote was "adjust/tighten the sunroof rails"

Well, that's a hell of a lot easier than the nightmare of replacing the rails...so we'll have to see if it lasts.
I've tried snugging all the bolts I could find on my rails, from the top at least, none of that helped.
As nice as bolt tightening would be to fix this, it is not the solution. Not only did my dealer "tighten and lubricate," I also snugged up all accessible bolts I could see and there was no improvement whatsoever. I'm not saying that tightening bolts won't fix some of the sunroofs, but it did nothing for me and I believe some others too.
Did you try tightening those bolts from video where roof liner needs to be partially loosen up to access those bolts?
There are just too many fasteners within sunroof assembly and there are total 10 fasteners securing the sunroof to the vehicle frame.
one folk here claimed that dealer replaced the whole sunroof and the car became quite.
It may be just because dealer installed with the right torque.
I'm gonna give this a shot after coming back from a week of travel next week.
luckly roofliner can be easily loosen up around sunroof area as it's just velcros and push clips holding roofliner around sunroof.
I have had roof clicks since i bought the car over a year ago. I have taken it in 4 times now for it and the last one definitely fixed it. I honestly don't believe they touched it the first 3 times as they always talked about the hatch rattle when I picked it up(which I still have, nothing seems to fix it). On the 4th attempt at service they said the roof liner had several clips that weren't hooked in place. They hooked em up and its been a month and I must admit the clicks I was hearing is gone.
Now to figure it why they can't seem to fix the hatch rattle.
If your issue was the headliner, I think it is different from some or the rest of ours. My issue goes away completely once the sunroof glass is slid back even an inch or two from the front-most position, it is not wind noise drowning it out either. Mine is definitely something in the tracks or something in the structure of the sunroof.
so far, I thought the creaking noise was from the sunroof weatherstrip.
recently I had to drive on rough dirt road so I was driving really slow at around 25MPH with sunroof open and it was still making noise.
This made me question where the noise came from and the weatherstrips wouldn't make noise when it's open.
I was able to find this video (sorry it's all in Korean) and the guy tightens 4 bolts(2 each on left/right sides of sunroof rail) to 3Nm as per spec and claims the creak noise disappeared. He also added soft pad just below the mounting brackets. The vehicle isn't Stinger in the video but the center mounting brackets for sunroof looks very identical to each other.
I'm going to be going for test drive with my local dealership tech and I will ask him to check this.
I've had the official fix. Tried more washers, still the same noise.Same here.
@StingerNYC DIY fix for hatch rattle is in another thread here. You need to re-do the official fix using two washers per bolt instead of one.
