Burger Tuning JB4 for Kia Stinger!

Email in a log on the previous firmware without the issue, and one on the current firmware with the issue present, and I'll see if I can track down any other differences. You can switch back and forth to get the logs in the same testing session so all other conditions are similar.
Thanks. Ok when weather permits I’ll have my buddy run logs in both firmware versions.

What should fuel wire settings be if going back and forth from firmware 4 to 8?
Switching firmware is only done with “engine off, ignition on” correct?

Can FUD Bit settings be changed on the fly, or only “engine off, ignition on” like firmware updates?

Anybody know were the ECU gets speed from? e.g. front or rear wheels or transmission etc.

It gets it from the transmission.

ECU PSI vs Boost

How do these differ, and which should I monitor on the mobile app?

Also, I'm hearing that the JB4 reads lower boost than it should (approx. 2 lbs) due to taking the psi reading from the ecu, then applying a target psi, and that we should be concerned; what say you?

Boost is boost from the pressure sensor in front of the throttle, and Boost2 is boost from the pressure sensor in the manifold itself. I normally use Boost when reading boost unless I'm doing some sort of diagnostics like evaluating whether throttle movement is problematic or not, where I'd want to look at the resulting boost drop in the manifold for context.

The JB4 doesn't read boost from the ECU so whoever told you that likely has no idea what they're talking about. ECU_PSI is the boost level sent back to the ECU so not useful data to the average end user.

Thank you again.

I'm trying to email the files to myself from the JB4, and it is saying "No Mail Accounts"; how do I set one up?
Do you have one set up on your device? I'm assuming android. It give me the options for any email account I have saved on my device (outlook and gmail accounts)

Thanks! But I think I just saw the same logs on the n54tech site. ;)

The BMS WMI kit is being installed at this very moment.

You don't have a spare? Interesting

I think if you are installing the tank where he is you need to lose the spare.

Doesn't look like there was a spare before the WMI install.

I had it done by a shop and it took a little bit over 4 hours. We had a small incident with the tank (not a BMS one) and we had to repair the connection elbow so it took a little bit longer than expected.

I chose to place the tank next to the battery, the pump on the foam platform that lays over it, and we routed the wires and meth line under the car and inside the front fender before entering the engine bay. I am pretty satisfied with the install, nothing apparent in the trunk, and in the engine bay the hoses were passed through black plastic pipes so it looks almost stock. I haven't tried it yet, too many cars on the way home.

(Korean Stingers come with no spare tire.)
